Jose was very helpful and patient

Jose was very helpful and patient. Very understanding and was able to give me a clear understanding of the next steps ,I need to do to get back on track when. My situation betters. He also added a little humor that brighten up my day. Cause I was kinda embarrassed. So I really appreciated that. In all his customers service was excellent 👌
