Carpet purchase & fitting
Vincent was my first point of contact in Corcorans Manor Tralee store where I ordered my carpet. Vincent was extremely helpful and gave great advice he got back to me very quickly with prices and quotes , nothing was a problem, Thank you Vincent. Breda was also very helpful and sorted everything out for me very quickly, Thank you Breda. Brian & Bernard fitted a huge carpet that I purchased form the Tralee store, they were really efficient, I got a phonecall the evening before to confirm that the fitters would be arriving the next day, they arrived exactly when they said they would at 8.30am, Brian & Bernard did an amazing job, there had to be a join in the carpet because the room was very big but they did such a professional job that that the join is impossible to spot, Thank you Bernard & Brian!!

Excellent service
Excellent service. We bought a new dining table which was on back order (I was told three weeks to delivery) I received a call at three weeks to arrange delivery a couple of days later. Phone call received from the driver on the day when they were 30 mins out. Put the table together, and took away all packaging. I am very happy to recommend Corcorans. First class communication all the way.

Unhelpful staff
Unhelpful staff, once your money is taken aftercare is unheard of. Told chairs I purchaswd would be in the Tralee store the following week. Went in to collect 'they weren't delivered you can either wait until next week or drive to Killarney to collect yourself'. Would never shop there again, many far superior competitors in Tralee.

Great service
We ordered a sofa and a sofa bed from Corcorans after some very helpful advice by a number of their staff. Both items were delivered on time and assembled quickly in our house. We would be happy to recommend the Killarney branch of Corcorans.

Already picking out my next purchase….
We purchased bedroom pieces in two transactions and locations. Brita at the Tralee location was amazing, she really went above and beyond scheduling my furniture delivery. Once we figured out what else we needed, we saw Tim in Caherciveen, who was extremely helpful in helping me match an existing divan that had been discontinued. Delivery was also smooth and efficient. We had them pick up existing furniture, which was a huge help to us.
