Well I didn't get my order complete the way I wanted I was missing skunk clown fish they give me tomatoes clown fish I was told they will send them to me but weeks after still don't have them
For a begning, I like the store. I visited them last year, and brought home some nice Fish and Corals as well. Now I wanted more Fish, and would, for the first time ever, shop on-line - live animals. The process was ok. I phoned the shop a few times, and got the help and information, I needed. As i live en Denmark, I knew the shipping cost would be expensive. 110 €, but then again... The package was unfortunately send without marking, "Living Animals". UPS, was about 5 hour delated. "Only" 3 stars? Well, my Cardinal Banggais were very little, and one of them died after a night. But then again..to loose one Fish, from a shipment is countable. I bought 7 Fish in total. The other Fish seem strong and healthy. I will think about the cost for shipping, but I will do it again.

Multiple times false information was provided on their website. I ordered an aquarium and a couple of accessories for it. The information on the website stated that the aquarium would be delivered the next day. However, the order was shipped, and only after several hours, they deigned to send an email saying that the aquarium would be available in 2.5 weeks. And only after that, they would contact me about its delivery.
My message requesting to cancel the order completely unfortunately went unanswered. The order itself was delivered in a dirty and torn box.
Moreover, the delivery was also charged, although the website states that delivery is free. There is nothing mentioned on the website about paid delivery for oversized items.
upd.After this review, the store offered to deliver the aquarium and its parts separately. I agreed on the condition that all parts of the aquarium would be delivered. As a result, the store sent me the aquarium without one part, which is disappointing. This part needs to be installed initially to ensure everything is okay. Now I'll have to go through hoops to install it. Moreover, the aquarium was delivered in a very strange way. It was impossible to coordinate either the day of delivery or the time, which is also annoying. The store gave me a 100 euro voucher, but I still don't plan to order anything else from them anyway.
