Blepharoplasty (upper eyelids)
All staff are so friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout my time there. The clinic itself is beautiful and absolutely spotless. I was made to feel so relaxed throughout my surgery, and actually felt like I could have nodded off at one point. I am soooo happy with my results and cannot recommend Coppergate Clinic highly enough.

Upper bleph and lip lift
I had Upper bleph and later a lip lift with amazing consultant Ciara Bowers . She is so calm and professional and an absolute delight.
My surgery results are perfect and the clinic is beautiful with a lovely vibe.

Stich removal
I had my stiches removed by Mr Bhat after my initial surgery with Mr Smith.
The process was quick and easy and the scars on my eyes look to be healing really smoothly and in some areas already faded.
Amazing service from the team again.

A very satisfactory experience …
From start to finish all staff were most friendly and reassuring. The procedure was fully explained to me and conducted without any problems: recovery was enhanced by the advice and instruction received, to produce a most satisfactory outcome which I am delighted with. This visit was my initial consultation with Ciarstan McArdle, she was wonderful, she has a lovely friendly nature I was put at ease immediately. Had my 12 week review with James Smith…
Had my 12 week review with James Smith having missed the 6 week one ( was left a voicemail ) as the call was late -to be honest I was expecting a video appointment so my eyes could be seen as they are still a little bumpy but it was a 5 min tel call just asking if all ok and to re contact at 6 months if scars still bumpy - felt a little rushed although I am still onthe whole pleased with my surgery no one as noticed so it would have been nice to have the surgeons opinion on the outcome

We apologise if the telephone review felt rushed. I understand your concerns, and we are more than happy to help.
I understand that the surgeon confirmed during your telephone call that your progress is positive and normal, although a few small bumps were observed on the scar. These bumps are improving and are part of the natural healing process. The surgeon also explained the process of scar maturation, emphasising that while noticeable improvements typically occur within the first three months, complete scar maturation can take up to 18 months. The surgeon also explained the difficulties of seeing small bumps on a video call and advised to attend for face to face assessment or indeed send high resolution photographs if desired.
It was therefore recommended that you have a face to face follow-up review in six months to ensure the scar has fully settled.You should have the post operative patient contact number if you wish to send photos or e mail to info@coppergateclinic.co.uk.
Fantastic Advice Given
Absolutely delighted with the advice given by Consultant Mr James Smith who offered me a non-surgical treatment I was not expecting!!
A first class and professional service was offered throughout the appointment by everyone from arrival to leaving the venue.
I was advised against undertaking the surgery I thought that I required and instead offered an alternative which I am currently enquiring about.
I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough nor Consultant Mr James Smith.

A year ago I had to have my passport renewed, which obviously included having a new picture taken. It was when I received the picture back, I didn’t recognise the person staring back at me. A jawline with no definition that looked square and sunken to me. After years of having fillers around my jowls, which didn’t really work, I decided I wanted a much better result. (I also wanted something done before my 60th birthday this year). I had heard of Coppergate Clinic through friends, and knew of their services. It was then I called and booked an appointment. I had a consultation with Doctor Chris West in December, and had my VR Facelift a week ago. What can I say, from start, to (nearly) finish, my experience with Coppergate Clinic has been fabulous. Chris is an amazing Surgeon, (and has pretty good musical taste too!). He has given me back my jawline, and taken a few years off me. He has totally gone beyond my expectations. Thank You so much to Chris, and the wonderful team who have made the experience possible for me.

upper blepharoplasty with Dr Bhat
I had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Bhat at Coppergate Clinic nearly two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They have exceeded my expectations! After thorough research, I chose Coppergate, and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The stitching was exceptional, making stitch removal seamless with the guidance of a nurse remotely. My scars are fading beautifully each day, barely visible and perfectly positioned along my eye crease. I highly recommend Coppergate Clinic to anyone considering this procedure!
