Quick shipping. Awesome sharp knives. I’ve purchase about 11 knives for presents

All the items were shipped together and correct and on time. Unusual these days. The knives are good quality.

This was my second order from Coolina.
My first order was somewhat random, I really didn’t know what to get. But, I was VERY happy with the knives I received.
On my second order, I had certain specifications in mind to help guide me on what to order. This time I was even happier with what I got!
Each time, I opted for the Mystery Knife because, how could you not?
Unfortunately, I got the same Mystery Knife, on my second order, that I received on the first.
Then I saw the email about the Ronin knife and realized that was exactly what I needed.
(I’m trying to replace an extensive set of knives I bought a long time ago. Great knives, but not like the Coolina knives! The Ronin would replace the sole remaining knife from my older set that I still use.)
I contacted their customer service and asked about swapping the duplicate knife I got for the Ronin.
They agreed to the swap, which made me very happy!
Now I’m excited to trade the two and begin using the Ronin as soon as it arrives.

I got in on the “Buy 5 Get 6 Free” deal. A great way to fill out my knife collection. However, between one knife I ordered, and free gift, and the surprise purchase, I ended up with three of the same knives. Is there any way to exchange at least one? One I can give as a gift.

I ordered a wok as well…..however, the wok was not as advertised and I’m quite disappointed with that purchase now!!!

Had been looking at your knives for some time, avoided every BOGO offer to date, but decided as a Mother's Day gift to upgrade our knives. The offer contained 5 knives along with the wall magnet and it was still in the range of the BOGO ones I has walked away from. Wife was impressed and loves them.

Great product came very quickly. The mystery knife was one that I was getting already, now I have 2 of the same knife.

For the amount that I spent in a short time, I was surprised that I didn't get a more generous settlement for the issue! Although I appreciate the explanation and the offer, I think it could have been been better!

They did not send me the right knifes nor the knives were good quality.

These are REAL knives. I got one for my 3 son-in-laws and I kept one for myself. Great craftsmanship! I can’t wait to cut some meat!
