I ordered something as a birthday present but didn’t expect it to arrive in time as I was a bit late ordering it. However, it arrived very quickly and was in time for the birthday boy to open on his special day.

I was about to load my electric bike onto my vehicle rack but it had a puncture. Normally I would fix it but I had no time.
Rang Cookson Cycles and they told to get the bike to them.
They fixed the puncture in no time, glad I didn’t do it, it wasn’t easy getting the tyre back on.
Couldn’t fault them. Sorry I didn’t get the guys name. I did buy a tube off him, so he knows who he is.

Absolutely brilliant team at Cookson Cycles, my Cervelo R3 of 9 years needed a change of Cassette from 11/29 to 11/32 the hills where I live have become steeper ! Strange, problem regards Cervelo 10 speed 105 , Shimano no longer produce the Derailleur GS 5701 Medium required to facilitate the cassette required. Tried everywhere, spoke with Paul at Cooksons, phoned me shortly after discussing, guess what I’ve found one in our stores still in box!
Brilliant! Left the bike with Paul who is one of their mechanics, all fitted with new chain to accommodate changes. Very reasonable charge, and the gears change to perfection. Also had a bike fit with Rick for a potential new bike, Rick really knows his stuff and spent a good 45 minutes to make sure of the perfect fit, no pressure to sell me a new bike, happy to wait till I’m ready to buy probably next year. I can honestly say you will be very well looked after by people who live , eat & breathe bikes!

I have been a Cookson customer for a number of years and their service and support has always been excellent. Recently I decided to purchase an E-bike as I have issues with my knees. There is no substitute for having professional curated advice covering needs and riding requirements to select the perfect bike by budget. Beyond that anything you want to do with the bike is no trouble. I tend to research things a lot leading to many questions but every one is answered promptly and thoughtfully. I happily recommend Cookson Cycles and the team to all my friends and family, for new bikes, upgrades, servicing and repairs. Everything is fairly priced and work is done to the highest standards

Took a bike into Cooksons which we thought possibly was beyond repair, however, absolutely amazed to see it now looking like a brand new bike. The standard of service and repairs were outstanding.

Ordered an Important part for my Trek, a day and a half later part arrived via the post man. Faultless help and service. I wouldn’t hesitate in using these people again. Fully recommend these guys.
