Everytime I reach out there is a quick reply and I am not ghosted. Shipment was fast and exactly as described. Definitely first class treatment the best customer service you will find!

I have ordered cookies 3 times now, and even though there were a couple of hiccups that activated my traumas from past attempts to order from other sellers, Cookie did a great job calming me down. I wish I could utilize his bakery more often, I just don’t have the access to $ I used to have because of a medical issue that is taking forever to resolve. However, whenever I am looking to treat myself…cookie is my main dude and he doesn’t let me down. Always 5 Stars!

You’re not gonna find higher quality Cookies anywhere else. Always tasty and buttery to last crumbs. Packaging and shipping are always consistent and on point. Consistent quality goods from a long trusted baker. What else can I say that others haven't. May need to hire a receptionist to handle the front end and keep up on orders but it is hard to do so with these things so I can understand.

Best cookies I've had in a long time. I think he may have taken a few online baking classes or watched alot of Martha Stewart Living because his products are delightfully delightful. He is 100% legit and the customer service department was very helpful.

I have used the bakery a couple of times now and it keeps getting better. Every part has went smooth as can be. And the cookies are better than anything local by far. Would recommend.
