My experience with cook is that he’s…

My experience with cook is that he’s very talented. While excitement and anxiety can make it seem like you’re waiting a long time for the arrival of your order, I assure you that it’s worth the wait.
If you receive your order and you dislike something about it, be calm and let him know your concerns. He’ll do the best he can to make it right.
I haven’t had anything to disagree about, but reading others interactions I’ve seen his customer service is top notch!
I have been lucky enough to be one of the original members of the .org site before the .blue site. My experience is actually from may of 24 but trust pilot says that my review must be from within 12 months of interaction.

Even though the chef is having some issues lately and shipments have been slow there is a long wait time but I still have faith that the bakery will come through with my order
