Latest mac update to Big Sur broke the driver of my Shuttle Xpress. Followed all instructions to troubleshoot new one but didn't appear to recognise the device.
Great support from Daniel within a day or 2 who remote controlled and knew exactly when to unplug and replug the device (although I had done this several times it appears to have been critical re *exactly when to do this...I think!) ...and that's all that was required. If only every developer was as responsive.

I own and pro2, free3 rollermouse and recently bought shuttleproV2 upon contour support's advice.
I was having problem with shuttle to work on my newly purchased iMac and was in communication with support in Denmark but nothing was seeming to be working.
After many failed attempts, D Elam from Denmark support offered to assist via TeamViewer.
He spent at least an hour trying various trouble shootings etc. and finally managed to get it to work.
This means a lot to me as due to carpal tunnel issues; I need a rollermouse or shuttle to carry on working on graphics and for online business.
Always admired the contour products and support was the best I have ever received.

I bought a Rollermouse red and Balance keyboard.
Rollermouse works perfect, I like it. Balance keyboard has a little bit stuck enter key.
It was not possible to try for free for 14 days, I had to pay first.

I had the opportunity to try Uni-mouse. I had wrist issues and it helped a lot but wasn't the right product for me as my physio suggested to try roller mouse and right now I'm trying that one. It's a great opportunity to try and find what's best for your health.
