I recently had an experience with Contour Design that was nothing short of exceptional. After finding out that the refurbished Multimedia Controller PRO v2 I was promissed as a replacement, was out of stock, the customer service team went above and beyond by offering to send a brand new unit at no extra cost. This level of customer care is rare and commendable.
It's refreshing to see a company like Contour Design so committed to customer satisfaction, proving that they value their customers through actions, not just words. I highly recommend Contour Design for anyone in need of their products. A truly satisfied customer ;-).

You could also have "brushed me off" with still a correct and valid answer to my question, but you didn't, you took the effort and made an extra step, which is much much appreciated!!!

Lost the receiver of a mouse. When asking for a new one Contour send me one for free!

I lost the dongle of my balance keyboard. Contour Design was so kind to replace this item within a few days. Very happy, because now I can use my balance keyboard in combination with my rollermouse free 3.
