The pricing is clear. The service is stable. The customer support is responsive. The prices themselves are extremely competitive.
The only thing that need some improvement is the consolidation of management plane. Having two panels and having to switch between them for some specific tasks is cumbersome.

Because you guys understood the situation of my problem and corrected it. Very helpful with every ticket till it was time to close. Very precise with the details. I thank you guys for that! You are the best! Customer service means a lot to me and I appreciate each and everyone of you guys!

Being a non-technical person, I was afraid of the difficulties in setting up my first VPS. However, it was guided and easy throughout.

Contabo has been a great choice for my VPS. The cost is affordable compared to other providers, but the service is reliable: almost perfect uptime and scalable resources. When I needed help, the support team handled my ticket in a reasonable time and solved everything. If you're looking for value for money, this is your option.

I've been using an inexpensive VPS for several websites for over a year. I've never had any issues, and the resources are as advertised. I'm happy.

I recently bought a VPS server from Contabo. The low price and large storage space (over 100 GB) were the main reasons that led me to purchase a VPS from them. However, I think you should offer a few software packages to choose from, depending on what the user needs.
For example, you could provide 3 to 5 software bundles to complement the VPS control panel, at a fair price.
To conclude my feedback, I would also suggest offering an anonymous privacy option for the VPS server.

Serivice is fine till now. Support service could have been little sooner nonetheless the response comes within few hours time. Besides this everthing else is good.

I’ve been hosting my websites with them for several years now. There have been numerous occasions where my sites went down for more than 24 hours.

Today, some anonymous person filed a fraudulent activity complaint against my perfectly legitimate website. Contabo gave me 24 hours to respond. I replied immediately, expressing my frustration that they would take the word of an anonymous source over a long-term loyal customer. Despite this, after the 24-hour mark, Contabo suspended my VPS, claiming I failed to respond to the complaint on time. My VPS has been down for 12 hours now, and their support is completely MIA!

I absolutely hate this hosting provider!
