It is easy to use, easy to understand how to do some thing, configure your environment, easy and fast to achieve the goal.
Also price is very interesting.

Billing and invoices are not satisfactory for an italian public administration. I think we will need to adopt a more expensive provider.

Not convenient like it was in the past.
They claim a lot of cores but each one is very slow.
Support is not very fast.

Don't look for other providers, Contabo is THE best!

Sometimes your ip-adresses (like AS51167) are on UCEPROTECT-Level 3 and it is impossible to send e-mails to some destinations: they get rejected. Be sure to have your IPs clean and take problematic clients offline as soon as possible.

As I am in Italy and have to deal with italian bureaucracy, it is a hassle to register foreign invoices. So I always prefer yearly invoices. Please make the selection of yearly payments simpler or the default.

I choose Contabo around 10 years ago, because it is in Germany and has good prices, but recently you moved most servers to France.

It would be nice to have an italian ip-address (for SEO purposes). Ever thought to open a server-farm in Italy?

Reliable VPS with excellent service at a great price.

I was fed up with the usual hosting providers, so for a new project I found you guys and immediately purchased a VPS20 (12GB of RAM, and I chose a 100NVMe). I’m very satisfied so far, thanks in part to the fact that I can manage all my hosting through Antigravity! I installed CloudPanel on my server. Then one thing led to another, and I created my own system for sending and transferring large files—iutransfer.com—and added an extra 250GB of object storage specifically to manage this project! Other than that, I’d like a bit faster response times for support tickets.

Great prices (as an european) for Great server localization, i only bought VPS but the customer service is on top for such a small price,i can suggest you to buy the vps during hollydays because Contabo tend to put various type of discount!

One of the best VPS in the market right now! Price/value ratio is almost unbeatable!

Contabo has done massive improvement in the last years, and as customer i always appreciate when your many are invested into improving the products instead of being only an economic gain.

Whats more, in five years I had to reach customer service only two times, both of them the ticket was closed in less than 24 hours!!

In Albania, I'm using Contabo and till now it's really good. I have 6 years with Contabo, and more than 4 VPS. All working well. I might have had issues with Contabo only 2-3 times in 6 years. Would recommend it to anyone!
