Rapids Honda in Coon Rapids, Minnesota
If you want to spoil not only your day, but also have consequences after buying a car, welcome Rapids Honda to Coon Rapids. Today I faced discrimination against myself. Perhaps because I am a woman, and my English is far from perfect. But you guys can't bully people because they can't defend themselves. After the last check of my car 2024 year of manufacture, an oil leak was detected. An advisor named Chad said that it was okay, and I could continue driving, leaving footprints in every parking space. But I scheduled an appointment to fix the problem. Chad's manager, his name is Shane, confirmed that this is not such a problem, I can continue to drive and put oil stains in all parking lots. When I asked for a car for rent, since mine was left with them for repair, they began to be rude to me, their behavior was stunningly unpleasant. Especially the behavior of the manager in front of his employees, he showed how to "correctly" treat customers. I was very worried, I felt dizzy, my heart hurt, and I asked how they could be so rude to their clients? To which I heard the answer that this is their usual tone of conversation. I asked the supervisor to talk to me and they told me that he was absent from work. And I went inside the large center and approached the first worker I came across. Later it turned out that worker was a supervisor. That is, they lied to me, looking me in the eyes! How can you trust such companies after that, whose employees are incompetent, who have not been taught to talk to customers, lie to people's eyes instead of learning to manage their emotions? What shocked me the most was when I burst into tears, even the supervisor left me in the middle of the hall among other clients and just went to his office. The manager Shane came to him, and they just mocked. Shane walked out of the office with a big smile, turning his head away from me. This is what is considered "normal".
SUCH WORKERS will make America GREAT!
They blocked me from reporting Agencies…
They blocked me from reporting Agencies from illegal RICO against my ESTATE and Living Trust. I've set up another account but they blocked my IP Address from even reporting!

Horrible company!
Horrible company!! I’ve written a few reviews that could potentially help people and they’ve never approved my reviews. Please don’t even bother writing to them because they are useless. And the dates are several
MONEY > CONSUMERS
Suppresses the genuine voice of consumers in favor of corporate interests. My review was deleted for no apparent reason.
ACCC are better than Consumer affairs
To our Government! Stop wasting money on departments that do nothing... Why have this department?
Contacted them about Graysonline which is a massive issue by checking reviews, Facebook pages and other websites. I call them and they take notes only she said... I called ACCC that you think work side by side the same day to get more information about Graysonline and was told a federal order is getting placed on them to contact all clients during covid re mis advertising.
This is a company PAID by the companies…
This is a company PAID by the companies it has listed. A relative is in True Value corporate and told me that they pay them for leads as well as to help make "low star" reviews go away. I think the only legit consumer site is consumer reports the non profit company.
Just a add front to get you contact info.
I was checking on home warranties on consumeraffaris.com. I had not even viewed the entire page when my phone rang. It was one of the companies I was reviewing. While the caller was throwing me his sales pitch another one of the companies called. And the calls just keep coming! My email was bombarded with more junk. I would suggest you only consumeraffaris.com if you are very lonely.
I want to call who fits my requirements and budget.
Consumer affairs is not an honest…
Consumer affairs is not an honest review company. I put in an honest and appropriate review of Amazon ripping me off. Guess what it was denied. That tells me oh Jeff is paying consumer affairs to pick and choose what reviews go thru. Don’t rely on their reviews, they are dishonest!!
Not Trustworthy
I wrote an honest review of an ongoing situation I am having with a certain company, straight facts, no profanity, it was never published. I get the feeling consumer affairs is not really trustworthy.
Wanted to get a house moving cost…
Wanted to get a house moving cost estimate. ConsumerAffairs claimed they could do that. Began to answer questions on a succession of pages. BUT, got suspicious when questions became irrelevant to moving costs. Checked out TrustPilot reviews. Happily, this saved me from stepping into the maw of aggressive and irrelevant marketing. And, my thanks to those folk who have reported their experiences.
My above ground pool

ServicePlus Home Warranty has been a valuable asset to me as a homeowner, and one incident stands out for their exceptional service. When my central heating system failed during a cold spell, I needed urgent assistance.
They censor reviews
They censor reviews! I really don't know what kind of Consumer Affairs platform they are if they are not interested in honest reviews. What's the point
This is not a reviews platform, but a censorship platform
Its a SHAM site
Its a SHAM site . They do not print negative reviews I guess advertising dollars are more important than an honest review when most probably someone's life may be at risk but consumer affairs is only interested in advertising dollars. Posted a review on IHOP food poisoning incident and consumer affairs refused to publish it. Please avoid Consumer Affairs they are a waste of time
Never order duplicate package
I purchased 3 dresses from Roamans , two weeks later I received another package that said there was three of the same dress I had already reviewed . There was two dresses and a huge package real big underwear . I never ordered that package . The cost was $85.00 . I ask them to take the money off because I didn’t order the same clothes . The man charged Me 10.99 to Mail it back and said they would give Me $53.00 for the stuff . I will cancel the card. Sharo

They block negative reviews.
I left the following negative review, and uploaded a picture of the shoes received, on the New Balance Fresh Foam 510v6, and they did not post the review:
The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased. Purchase these shoes if you like wearing wooden shoes. Actually, wooden shoes would probably be more comfortable than these. I took them off, and rubbed heavy weight gear oil over them to try to soften the plastic, and put them back in the box to let the oil soak in to try to soften them. I had to untie the shoe laces, and skip the last 4 holes and leave them crazy loose to try to make them more possible to wear them. They are not black. They are grey. The words "Toe Protector" looks ridiculous. They have stupid grooves in the bottom that tracks dirt all over the place. I can see designing a shoe with tread that is nothing but a bunch of small groves, but what's the point in putting in grooves around all of the large tread??? Those groves offer no value other than to track dirt. Even the insoles have tread. For some reason they though we wanted to be walking on tread. It's like walking on rocks. The top of the insoles are like where you see concrete made with pebbles where they have washed the top of the concrete away leaving a pebbly top to the concrete.
Not only that, but consumeraffairs.com started sending me a bunch of spam, so I modified my account for them to stop sending spam, but only normal communication. That stopped the spam, but they blocked my review. So I reposted the review, and they blocked it again, and started sending me a bunch of spam again.
DO NOT TRUST ANY of their reviews!
DO NOT TRUST ANY of their reviews!! It is my belief they are essentially endorsed by the companies they review.
