I’ve had an incredible experience with the NACA program. From the start the process was transparent and the counselors are very supportive. They provided me with all the guidance I needed on becoming a home owner without having a perfect credit score. I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to make their dream of owning a home become a reality.

I am so moved, touched, and inspired by beginning the process of my NACA journey. I had the wonderful experience of connecting with my counselor and having them walk through what was needed of me to get my housing process started. I am so excited to see what is to come of this!

I heard about NACA through a friend from a casual conversation, and I immediately started to explore my options. I love my experience thus far with the counselors and everyone I've come in contact with. I have already told my friends about the NACA program, and I am excited to be going through this process!

I started my journey with NACA last year after attending an online workshop. I have been working with my counselor Ellen Peterson who has been very patient and helpful with me. I appreciate all the support NACA has for future homebuyers like myself. It is quite a journey and lots of information needed but I'm sure the wait is going to be worth it.

Start up
I heard NACA from different people and become interested about the program and start the process a month ago. What I like so far is the pace to the process. After registration to the NACA patrol, following the instruction and being familiar about the program with the chosen pace is a great start up. I found out the process is smooth to start up.

The representatives are helpful and knowledgeable about the program.

I had an amazing experience with NACA in New Jersey! Their homeownership program truly delivers on its promise—no down payment, no closing costs, and no fees. 💰✨

What stood out most was their low fixed interest rates and no credit score requirements, making it easier for anyone to qualify. 🏡🔑

Naca is the best mortgage lender. The counselor Ellen Peterson helped me to get all the process done. She is available at any time I need help on uploading documents. She respond an email very quick.

My experience with NACA has been great after I got a new counselor James P. After he became my counselor within a month and a half I was NACA approved. He took time out and explained everything to me what I needed to do in order to get to my next step with NACA. Soon after I was in my housing search stage with NACA. It took me only 3 months to be NACA approved. I have found my forever home closing date is set for 1/30/2025. Took 6 months total. The process moved as quick as I did what was required of me. NACA is a great program.

My experience with NACA has been great so far! My fiancé and I are both purchasing our first home together and we were drawn to the NACA mission and all of the benefits that come with purchasing through the program. We both want to be more active in our community too so the requirement for NACA participation throughout the year was also a plus for us.

We were both prepared for a long and complicated process and, so far, our experience has been the complete opposite! The webinar was interactive, surprisingly interesting and very informative. After that, we were able add all of our documents to the online portal with ease within a few days. Any lingering questions that we had were answered in our Zoom meeting with our Counselor. He walked through each step with us and helped us correct and/or add any necessary information before our file was submitted for underwriting. We're currently waiting to hear back to see what we are approved for and then we'll begin the process of searching for our first home!!

NACA is promising. I attended the Homebuyer Workshop, heard numerous live testimonies. Then I completed an in-person session with a Mortgage counselor. The advocates are helpful and dedicated from the start to making positive change in people's lives and communities. Everything's above board. The process and portal is easy to use and crusade for affordable housing is a noble call. It's a better approach than the for-profit private sector.

naca is all runaround and data mining and no results. they ran me around for several months, strung me along on empty promises, then they morphed the product to stay in play. then they canceled my appointments and switched out my counselor for yet another afro-hater who's job was clearly to block and obstruct, make excuses and move the goal out of reach. racist, sexist, divisive bigoted haters. another homogenous organisation that does nothing but divide and stage a finincial race way. instead of learning from the mistakes of the past naca actively repeats them.

NACA is the BEST. My husband and I have been search for the right home loan to do for our growing family, as we are first time home buyers and we couldn’t recommend NACA enough! They have been so knowledgeable to us and have truly helped us to make a good decision where we buy a home. They have been easy to work with, and you can really tell they care about you and what you want. We highly recommend going through NACA !

As I still am in the process of becoming an homeowner, the process has been very informative. My questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner. Even if I don't speak with my personal counselor, anyone is willing to help with any hiccups I come across. This has been a journey for me on my end but I am not giving up and the committee of NACA wont let me. I truly am thankful for them in this process. I cant wait to say I AM NOW A HOMEOWNER!

The counselor answered all my questions and help me understand what I need to improve and the steps to qualify and the requirements needed until the closing of a home. There are no hidden fees, and all cost are discussed during your first meeting with a NACA counselor.

This organization is awesome! I’m currently working with Ms. Sharlene, and my first meeting with her was very informative. She was friendly and walked me through the process step-by-step. She responds to my emails promptly and always reassures me with “I GOT THIS!” I am excited and thankful for NACA as I am about to purchase my first home!
