The service offered and given was fast,efficient and to a high standard The result was beyond all expectations as Lloyds bank had told me I had no PPIs with them.Thankyou for the wonderful service you provided

I never expected to get anything back so was thrilled to get over £500 initially. But...when I then received a cheque for over £14,000 I am sure you can understand how I felt. Consumer Refund did all the work and of course I am really pleased with their service.

This company offered a good service and were successful in claiming ppi. But what I liked most were their courteous non-pushy staff.

They do what it says on the tin, they find and then get YOUR money back. They charge a small fee for their time sorting it all out for you but that's all as far as I'm concerned. You give them as much information as you can, sign a couple of forms and off they go..they got me over £5000 back.

Consumer Refund Service has taken all that stress and hassle out of chasing down PPI and has recovered a lot of money for us.
