David Zadezensky Fantastic service

David Zadezensky , Claimes Recovery Solutions, did an absolutely fantastic job submitting and collecting insurance funds that resulted from hail damage to our home. Thanks to David, the process was transparent, painless, accurate and prompt. David is highly knowledgeable about actual damages and how to get things properly repaired. He is honest, responsive and totally dedicated to serving his clients. A 5 Star company and guy all the way. Tomzi, Gainesville, Florida

Claim Solutions group-Scam company

Scam company. Received call today saying company under new management?
Director Mr Chawla conducting root and branch review of previous cases. Do we get our fees back from 2018 when they and Fullbrook solicitors did nothing.
Do Not pay them anything. Previous Director jailed in Malta for fraud.

2025 and C.S.G. are up and running again and looking for business.

One star rating was used to publish this review.

It's 2025 and today I finished a cold call from a canvasser apparently working for a revitalised Claims Solution Group. The object of this call was to arrange an appointment for a zoom meeting. Customers would be reassured following negative, misleading reports circulating about Brian Wilson, C.S.G and problems with Fullbrook Associates.

During our conversation I did not get any clarity to any of my questions. There was a standard answer of "all concerns would be answered and clarified at this zoom meeting". I felt it was a twist to target vulnerable people

Suspecting a Scam and needless to say I declined the Zoom meeting.

Unfortunately I have to give them one…

Unfortunately I have to give them one star to write this review.
Otherwise they are not worth 1 star.
We employed them some years ago to terminate our timeshare with Club La Costa.
We were told that our timeshare would be legally terminated, but it was just update phone calls all the time.
Again speaking to Brian the director he was very abrupt and ignorant, when I told him that I was going forward with a credit card section 75 claim, he said I wouldn't get one and he would fight it.
Guess what, after explaining the situation to the bank, there was no argument and i got all my money back.
The staff that contact you on the telephone are also to blame as they know that they are misleading people.

Absolute scam artists

Absolute scam artists. We are not scammed easily but they people are artists at it. They came to our home, said everything you'd want to hear and sounded more than plausible. Be paid out over £5k and i might as well have thrown it on the fire. They haven't done anything apart from add to the money we feel we've lost. They don't give you details, they don't keep in touch you have to chase. We are now nearly 3 years down the line and they haven't delivered on one promise and have now stopped communicating with us altogether. Don't go near its a sham!!

Beware…

Like many others we had a zoom call with Pablo Garcier who informed us we could not fail to get our timeshare monies back from Marriott. He told us that Marriott were renowned for mis-selling timeshare
We paid £4650 and sent off all documentation and were told we would have monies back within two years -possibly sooner. We then received an email from Bryan Wilson telling us our court case had been unsuccessful and therefore no money would be refunded. Having asked for my casefile showing the reason why the case was unsuccessful I was told I would receive it within the week. After many weeks of excuses as to why my casefile has not been returned to me -such as he has been ill / away on business/ on holiday/ court was closed/ staff not able to access my file- I have now been waiting for several months . Luckily I recently contacted my credit card company saying I had possibly been scammed and was able to get my £4650 back through Checkback. I am so relieved I was able to get my savings back.

This is not an experience I would…

This is not an experience I would recommend, pushed to do a zoom call for a timeshare we no longer use under the pretext that because of Brexit we could end up with a big bill from the timeshare company that no longer exists, uter guff, avoid.

I had a telephone zoom call from this company and was shocked at the aggressive manner of the guy and when he asked me did I want to go ahead with getting out of my CLC fractional property I replied I'd have to discuss it with my daughter first, he replied I'd wasted his time and money!

Cold call company with uniformed…

Cold call company with uniformed misleading reps.
I was just about to make a claim for my time share compensation with another company when I was contacted by there rep who was horrified I was about to pay £8k and assured me they would charge nothing like that but many phone calls later and after a long winded zoom call they claimed I would be intitled to over 100k but they would want 25% plus 5k fees, no wonder it took so long to get to that point, very misleading and unprofessional, I was then subjected to a barrage of emails from there deluded director bryan, not a plesent experience and now left confused and don't know what to who to trust to get accurate information from. On researching them afterwards I think I had a luck escape,.
