As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Upstairs 1 Downstairs solution
I constantly forget to put my deaf aids on charge and have to trundle downstairs to charge them.A quick, easy visit to Connevans solved everything with a second charger.It was easy to locate the right model and ordering was simple. Despite living in the Scottish Highands the new charger arrived swiftly.

Such great explanations
Such great explanations! I was able to work out what brand my NHS hearing aids were and experiment with new, larger domes ( The NHS being, of necessity, generic, they couldn't cater for one ear and one ear canal being bigger than the other!) So I now know where to get my one-size-up domes for my left ear. Which has prevented them slipping out and rendering one ear completely deaf! Connevans have a customer for life!

Excellent fast service
Excellent fast service. Ordered a Phonak TV connector to help with hearing in my church music group. Brilliant - plugged it into the headphone socket of the sound system and it has turned my hearing aids into in-ear monitors easily good enough for our small group

I couldn't get replacement tubes and domes
I couldn't get replacement tubes and domes from my NHS hospital supplier they told me they couldn't get them anymore. I got in touch with Connivans and they supplied them straight away.
I will be forever grateful as I don't know how I would have managed if I couldn't have got some as I am extremely deaf.

Excellent service
The product arrived very speedily and was as described. I was very pleased with their service and would use them again. It was particularly good that they gave me a choice of carrier, as I have had problems with some in the past.

Outstanding Company To Deal With
