As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

Phonak Hearing Aid Domes
Excellent on all aspects. Website easy to navigate advice was superb, this was crucial as the precise Item (dome for Phonak hearing aid) was that obvious.when the correct dome was established it was in stock, which they were not at other well known stores. The purchase process appears secure and the items were dispatched the same day and received by me a day later. Excellent, and I will certainly use Connevans again.

Connevans purchase experience
I am a volunteer hearing aid maintenance person with the RNID and as part of the testing process you should listen to the “chimes” of each hearing aid at start up. I am high tone deaf and sometimes have a problem with this so an audiologist colleague introduced me to stetoclips which operate like a stethoscope for listening to hearing aids, problem solved.
The ordering was simple from Connevans website, their range of different hearing related devices is awesome!
Email communications were immediate and delivery was next day to Northern Ireland….amazing. Overall a thoroughly professional service !

Not a great experience. Everything now working satisfactorily but only after being bamboozled by the written instructions and having to get in touch with Connevans for guidance.

Quick, easy.
Came incredibly quickly. I had not expected to receive it for several days, but it was packed and shipped out in the same day. The item (ear hook) was great -- and as expected. It was worth it to me to fix this myself, rather than wait on the NHS, which in Newcastle currently is 18+ months. I'm glad that DIY alternatives exist, though I wish we'd invest in an adequate public health system in this country. That's definitely beyond the scope of this review, however. So, five stars!

I bought the hearing aid battery pack…
I bought the hearing aid battery pack for the Naida case. 👌Great quality, it held 5 days of hearing aid use without recharging. Was only expecting 3. Hope it lasts but it is the genuine article. Fit perfectly. No complaints
