Unfortunately highly disappointed

We were some of the first people in our area to get on the waiting list for fiber optic internet, so we were incredibly excited when it finally became available in our rural area. Unfortunately, the experience has been a huge disappointment.
The installation was completed two weeks ago, and during the process the technicians completely cut our DirectTV line and left it hanging. On top of that, we are only getting speeds around 77 Mbps when we were told we should be getting up to 1100 Mbps.
There are also multiple dead spots throughout our house. They sent us a WiFi extender but provided no instructions on how to set it up.
We have tried calling customer service multiple times a day with no answer. After sitting on hold for 72 minutes, we finally reached someone—but the supervisor we spoke with was neither helpful nor kind.
At this point we are sending their equipment back and going back to Starlink. We were really hoping this would be a great option for our community, but the service and support have been extremely disappointing.
