Things did NOT go as planned or scheduled, but it was clear that Highline did everything they could to make sure that the service was installed despite the contractor not having done the up front work that was needed for installation

From the wonderful woman that took my call to place my order to the great 2 men that came out to install, my experience was the best. They showed me repeatedly how much they cared. I am so grateful.

Courtesy and efficiency of the worker installing and the politeness, and patience our inside installer was. I believe his name was Charles. He made sure all our electronics were hooked up. Big thanks to your employees.

Installation was timely and went well. Had some technical issues within days of the installation. Highline sent out a technician who quickly found the problem and fixed them. The cost to speed ratio is the best I have ever experienced. I now have download and upload speeds over 2GB/second!!! No more problems, which was a regular event with the old ISP!

Nice individuals but poor communication among Highline people and between them and customers. Additionally, I notice no increase in speed. Again, every person has been very nice but they all have a little different spin on “the facts”!!

Price is great an speed far better than xfinity. I was even able to keep my landline..lol yes im old school.
Streaming tv is easy with highline an gaming no lagging.
