'You're on the waiting list' 22 times to date

Since I first heard about CFC in 2022, I have applied for 24 different events. Always been put on a waiting list and only once then got an offer of tickets on the day. By the time I clicked the link ' there were no tickets left'. I've only heard of 1 person who has got tickets (and that was 2022) and wonder if they still actually have tickets or if this is just a false promise for which you spend time waiting for the magical email that says you've won! I'm in 2 ballots and after then I think I'll give up! At least they don't take the fee unless you win otherwise I'd be having to work extra shifts to pay them!

I think this company is a scam

I think this company is a scam. Taking carers/nhs staff £3 and not refunding. As each ticket application charges £3, if you win or lose. My experience was I lost money and got no ticket. Be aware of company. Also states here people have been told they have won their ticket after paying £3,and cant get a ticket as there are none.!

Poor communication

I've been successful on purchasing tickets in 2024 for an event after winning in a ballot. However I've entered my first of 2025 and the ballet date has been & gone but it still states active on my account. The concert is tonight & assuming unsuccessful despite saying active. I've emailed twice but no contact. Annoying as an NHS worker I swapped my non-working day & booked a few hours annual leave in case. If the ballet date had gone ahead as stated I could have cancelled the annual leave in good time but now have annual leave & no plans

Stay away

Got an email saying i had won, then clicked the link to accept the tickets. Money was taken out of my account and train tickets were booked for London (concert was in 2 days time). The next day i was given a code to receive tickets which didn’t work, then an email stating there were no tickets left

This company is well dodge...

This company is well dodge. I'm a NHS worker and they said I had won discounted tickets for CAmbridge Club Festival but I never received the tickets. My advice is stick to ticketsforgoot instead and stay well clear of this one. I bet you some expose documentary will come out in the future showing this company scammed carers and NHS workers.

Do people actually win?

I've been a customer for a year and couple months quite disheartened i haven't won a ballet yet i have 5 unsuccessful and I'm on the waiting list for one and one is 1 is still active. So you have to wait for the ballet to come round and you could be waiting a couple months until the concert date, this really builds anticipation and constant email checking.I haven't seen any reviews because of that i won't be entering any more competitions as i havent won or heard from my fellow colleagues that they have either.
