really poor service
really poor service, charge a fortune for the system and support package but takes them weeks to come to resolve faults. the support team do not update you with reported issues, no one ever calls you back. the system does not do exactly what they say it does. it is not accurate and definately would not recommend. the support team are rude and the one person that built the system is not even in UK which is why it takes them weeks to come up with a solution. what a waste of money!

Happy to take your money, poor delivery.
Happy to take your money. Poor delivery. They solicited our feedback and when asked to consider their poor performance in several area, the Sales Manager failed to respond.
It's like restaurant waiters asking "is everything OK" and then getting uppity when you say, actually its not.
