Kabir has provided excellent support over the past few months. He is a good communicator and efficiently and proactively solves problems.

We are an £11m turnover company with nearly 70 employees and part of a global €3billion turnover Grp. Having looked at the market for time management and personnel software, Computime came top of our preferred options. After a few bedding in issues we now find the solution they offered to be perfect for our needs, which were relatively complex with the added difficulties of Group network infrastructure. The support has been beyond reproach and they have been extremely supportive when looking at development of the system. We are nearly at the end of our first year with them and are definitely looking to extend the service. One of the many reasons we love the system is its flexibility and ease of use but a key one for us is the support we’ve received from the main management and the support staff on a day to day basis. Highly recommend.

Lack of knowledge!

Jessica was very helpful and responded quickly to my query. The time on the clock has kept moving on an hour, despite manually changing it. Jessica advised how to change this correctly. However, this didn't immediately update on the clock. She advised me that she would pass this to her manager. She followed up this morning asking for an update. It had updated overnight and is now showing the correct time.

Jessica helped repair & configure 2 faulty scanners with remote support & return to base configuration - was able to drop off & collect repair on the same day. Excellent support.

The presenter, Ashley was extremely professional and took his time for us to understand the new HR platform. He answered all questions and if we had queries he later followed up with links.

We have been using Computime for over 5 years now.
Personally enjoy working with engineer Robert, who has excellent computer skills and responds to my e-mails within a few minutes. All issues get resolved quickly. Great system, amazing team and support! Thank you for everything you are doing for us.

I've been using CompuTime for nearly 15 years and their support has always been excellent.

We have been using Computime for the last 2 years and find the system easy to use and help is always on hand when we need it.
We use the time and attendance with HR and holiday managment.

Stay away from this company. software not fit for purpose. We have been trying to get this up and running since October last year and still not working. Customer service non existent. Clocking machines do not work properly and look very outdated.
We have decided to cancel and choose another software system due to time spent now have outweighed time saved moving to this system. Would give no stars if could.

Do not use this company. Software does not work and staff rude and unhelpful.
