I have had two experiences with this company; both being extremely positive. First they sorted out a hashed attempt at upgrading from Windows 10 to 11 carried out by another company, and secondly removed a nasty little virus, which I caused to pop up - without losing or affecting my files, photos etc

Laptop failed and need a new hard drive. All sorted and vital data saved and transferred over. Very pleased with service.

When completing the online form I had a msg almost instantly, the communication between the company and myself was fabulous, computer was collected promptly and was delivered back to me with the faults fixed, price was good, and the guys were really friendly and polite, thankyou

Hi, I had my laptop fixed. By a chap called ian, he picked my laptop pickup, taken away worked on it that night brought it back the next day runs perfect.I've had no problems I really rate this guy to do any laptop or computer work for yourselves.

Rahul at Mind The Mac did a great job on my (Windows) laptop to increase the storage space, which has put a stop to all the error messages. Excellent and quick service at a fair price.

My HP Laptop keyboard was sticking on certain keys, which made life very difficult. I had heard about Computer Repair Man from a friend, so I initially filled in a request form online outlining the problem, very quickly I had a phone call from Tom, who arranged for collection of my laptop. He phoned a couple of days later with an update, sadly my laptop was unrepairable as it was gummed up with some sticky substance, no doubt courtesy of my little nieces. I was able to buy a reconditioned Dell laptop from him at a very competitive price, & he transferred everything from my old machine onto my Dell, which is working perfectly. Throughout, my experience was very positive, Tom was easy to talk to, I am not in the least bit techy, so he explained everything clearly for me to understand, so I would highly recommend anyone with computer problems to get in touch with his company, you will find you're speaking to an expert in his field. Thanks Tom.

from my initial enquirey to getting my new PC installed every was smooth. Tom took the time to take me through options either salvage my old PC to walking me through my options. What i did like was how i was taken through what i wanted my PC for, so i was matched to what was esstianal and what could be added but i didnt really need. No hard sell not being particuarly PC savvy i really appreciated there honesty and proffesional attitude. I would highly recommend them17

I would recommend this company to anyone. I spilt liquid on my keyboard that was sugary. instead of charging to open and clean they explained this would more likely than not cause corrosion so they couldn't help. Now that is good service

I had corrupted the operating system and then some.
Collected my computer, gave me a receipt, carried out the repair and returned it to me all within a few days.
Very pleased with repair.

What a gem! After an informative phone call from Tom, our computer was collected the following day. A couple of days later, another call to explain what was needed to improve it and the cost. We agreed a plan and within another few days the computer was returned, super fast and much improved. Excellent service, no fuss, no problems. Would highly recommend.
