Had a great experience with comprehensive everything went very smoothly and couldn't fault the whole process. Chris Glen and Darren were very professional worked so hard and still remained smiley and cheerful throughout they are an asset to the company and made the whole day great with no issues at all. Also big thanks to David who came round to give us very reasonable quote. Thanks very much all of you. X

Used this company to move house recently and they were brilliant form start to finish

My wife and I recently used Comprehensive Removals. We found the guys to be friendly and humorous on the day, this really helped to put our nerves at ease and made the experience less stressful.

There guys in the office also were incredibly friendly and helpful, they made sure that we got a really reasonable quote, both for our move and for using their storage!

Brilliant service can’t recommend enough!

We used Comprehensive Removals to move our 4 bed house. The surveyor was excellent and very reassuring.
The office staff very helpful thank you Ross. The move was done by Reece, Craig, Dan and Riz nothing was too much trouble for them.

I phoned the office to complain and the lady who dealt with my complaint was very rude and basically said what do you expect us to do with your issue and put the phone down

There was a very frustrating and stressful set of circumstances surrounding our purchase / sale, but we couldn't have for a more supportive and helpful set of people to help with the move, both in the office and also the team of guys that did the physical move. We've never seen people work so hard and were amazed at the speed that they operated at, always with smiles on their faces. The team bent over backwards to make the move efficient and successful, and went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they literally were the finest example of a 'team'.

We had a completely different experience to other reviewers. We were moved over two days. We were told that we would be packed on the first day and left with only a sofa, tv, bed and basic essentials. This was not the case. At the end of the first day not one room was cleared and so it was impossible to clean. This had a knock on effect the next day and made the whole experience very stressful. There seemed to be little organisation in the team. Additionally the boxes were poorly labelled and as a result many ended up in the wrong place
To give the team credit the fragile items were well packed and the disassembly and reassembling of the furniture was good.
We complained to the company afterwards and whilst they did give us some compensation we were not entirely satisfied with their response. Hopefully following our complaint they will make sure they do what they promise customers in the future but we could not recommend them.

Our move was so easy using this company. From the home visit to the packing to the actual moving and unloading it was professionalism all the way. The office staff were super helpful and the men that shifted all the contents were so efficient and cheerful it seemed like a 'no job' to us. They kindly stored all of the goods over the weekend in the vans and delivered promptly on the Monday morning. Costs were very competitive, we would highly recommend Comprehensive Removals.

Stop looking for other removal companies..you have found a first class removals..just used this company and cannot rate them highly enough,from the first contact to the actual moving was nothing but 1st class..highly recommend.

We used Remarkable Removals to move our furniture from Lurgashall to Midhurst. It was a very good experience dealing with them, professional, well priced and very friendly. Thank you !

Firstly, no false promises over the phone or by email, they sent one of their guys round to survey the property and provided a formal quote. He was very courteous and thorough, even going into the loft. The quote was so reasonable, we didn’t even bother getting a others. We moved 19 February 2025, after 25yrs in the house, downsizing significantly from a 4bed to 2bed, which in itself was very stressful but helped massively by the compassion and understanding shown by Jack and his band of merry men! Quite simply, nothing was too much trouble for them and, despite being a very long day, they made sure everything was where we wanted it to be and that we were completely happy before leaving. Four weeks later, I’m pleased to say we are pretty much straight and catching up on the paperwork, including leaving a well deserved +ve review of our experience with Comprehensive Removals. We are grateful to the whole team, including the office staff who kept in touch throughout, and would highly recommend their services to anyone considering moving.

We had lived in a large 3 bed house for over 30 years and accumulated with a lot of furniture and junk. I had contemplated hiring a 7.5 ton lorry and help from a few mates to do the move ourselves, so so glad I changed my mind and booked Comprehensive removals. On the morning of our move they turned up at 09.00 as agreed with a massive removal lorry and a 3.5 ton Luton van. By 12.00hrs my house was emptied and the lorry loaded and they were on the way to our new property, we would have still been there at 6 in the evening. By 16.00hrs everything was placed exactly where it needed to be in our new home. I can't recommend this firm highly enough, very professional at all levels.

I recently used Comprehensive Removal Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free, thanks to their professional and hardworking team.

A huge thank you to Jamie, Brandon, and Michael, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way. They didn’t just do their job—they helped with tasks that weren’t even their responsibility, making the entire move so much easier.

The move was completed in two days. On the first day, they preloaded the lorry, and on the second day, they loaded the remaining items in less than two hours. Even though the property completion happened late in the afternoon (after 3 PM), they still managed to unload everything within just two hours without any stress. The entire team remained helpful and positive the whole time, making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless.
