You shouldn't be offering a contact customer service online and completely ignore the messages.
You may pay a bit more and careful when you order how many, I unit is ONE, but if you live in Spain this is the fastest way to obtain prep online. I'm still waiting on an order from the U.S. after nearly 2 months. Easy to navigate website, and contact regarding processing and delivery maintained by supplier. Great service. Will use again.

in the sense that you think you are buying 3 packs of prep instead you are buying 1,
I ordered the prep of one brand and I received another.
fast shipping and tracking.
overall very expensive compared to what it offers,
about 60% more than the other site and x and 33% more than bought in a pharmacy
not good
