Received only half of what I ordered, todoanimal.es says "not our problem"
I ordered 120 liters of dry hay but received only 60 liters.
They insist that everything is correct because each of the 6 packages says it contains 20 liters, but each only contains 10.
They finally came up with the excuse that the product is being sent in compacted form, but the product is not vacuum packaged or compacted at all. It's 10 liters of uncompacted hay when I paid for 20.
Communication was sad, they didn't acknowledge my complaint at all but blindly insisted that everything is correct because the bag has the correct barcode on it. To return the product they're making me pay for shipping.
I got only half of what I paid for but according to them, it's all ok and the problem is mine. Sad to see companies getting away with this type of manipulation and stubborn communication.
