I struggled setting up the plugin for a customer as the customer needed GDPR solution that covered GCM v2. Turns out that Complianz has made precautionary measures to ensure that you do not accidentally mess this up (I couldnt install it properly while I had other Tag Manager plugins running).

Leonardo T from support really helped me out and understood very well that I needed to do. It was resolved quickly and everything is working as intended. For the price, you get a lot of value and I can strongly recommend Complianz.

The plugin works perfectly to configure the management of cookies according to the regulations. We recently installed it on a website and because the tracking tag was already on other plugins on the site I had to ask for support to guide me on how to manage it in these cases. Leonardo has been very kind and patient throughout the process, has given a quick response and has attended me with great professionalism, finally being able to leave the perfect configuration both on the website and in Tag Manager. A good cookie plugin and a fast and efficient support.

I just started using Complianz and due to an error in my setting, I reached out to the support. Antonio C. was of great help and manage to solve my problem that was actually coming from GTM. Great plug-in! I am using the plug-in on several websites now. Was experiencing an issue with the cookiebanner on 2 sites, but the support of Complianz (Antonio C) quickly helped me solve the issue. 10/10 would recommend this plug-in.

The plugin does a good job of simplifying what is quite a complex process, by providing a wizard where you can answer questions to configure your website correctly.

If you're unsure of the answers, as I was, their support is very helpful in getting you set up.

I first reached out to the support team in March, when the DMA and the Consent Mode V2 was launched. Leonardo helped me set everything up, even set some of the advanced settings for me.
