avoid this place!!!

i paid tens of thousands here less than 2 years ago for a full set of implants, top and bottom. was told it’s the best option, long lasting, all that. trusted them completely and went all in.

fast forward to now and 2 of the teeth have just fallen out. actually fallen out. not a small issue! how is that even acceptable after only 2 years and that kind of money paid!?

so i went in today expecting them to fix THEIR work… and i get told it’ll be around £2000. another two grand. after everything i’ve already paid, to fix something that they did wrong in the first place?! I don't think its normal to have your tooth falling out after 2 years of having them fitted!

i feel ripped off. simple as that. you don’t spend that sort of money to have things falling apart in under 2 years and then get hit with another bill to fix it, do they expect me to pay £2000 every year from now on as I only expect the rest of the teeth to keep falling out too!

Now this either going to be fixed or I will be reporting you to trading standards!

I recently had a filling done with Dr. Malavi and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. The procedure was smooth, and the team made me feel completely at ease. Truly excellent service all around!

I came in for single implant and it was the best decision I have made m, I was offered drinks at the clinic and was then seen be the dentist afterwards I had a discussion regarding the finance and everything felt really easy and re assuring

I came here to have composite bonding,
Firstly , the staff are all really lovely, place is clean and everything welcoming.

Unfortunately my composite bonding was not great. From the start my teeth almost looked like the jokers , I was then invited back and had things tweaked , however unfortunately the end result was never really attractive and made me feel if anything worse than I did before. I was left with wonky chipped teeth ( this was still after all the visits) I would not recommend for composite bonding maybe other treatments but definitely not composite bonding.
I was given half my money back however I was left out of pocket as had to have previous ones removed and redone so ended up paying out double .

A very good experience with complete smiles. Its a very family oriented clinic.

Just finished and my teeth look amazing! Made friends for life that’s for sure. Such an incredible family run business who genuinely care about their patients! Everything felt so genuine and I could tell from my first consultation it was not just about money with them. Thanks again!

I booked an initial consultation explaining that I have a tooth ache and it would need an urgent attention. I was told it would be £25 so imagine my shock when as soon as I entered the room I was told that an emergency check up is £60! As I was in pain I decided against my better judgement to use their services. Anyway, a few weeks ago my son had a check up and it turned out he needed a filling in two teeth which I was informed would cost £240. However, the dentist who saw him does not work on the weekends so we had to book with a different one. Anyway, it was the same person who charged me an extra £35 for the check
up. So I thought I’ll ask for the confirmation of the initial quote. Once again the price went up this time by £110. She kept talking about it being against the law to charge less?!?! Not sure what law that is. It feels that the price changes depending on… not sure what. Both dentists have the same qualifications and experience…We are not coming back. I feel like they just make up prices as they go and if there’s a range you always end up paying the top end of it. Despite nice offices, it feels incredibly dishonest. If I am told I have to pay £300, please do not change it to £450 for no reason. And please do not tell me because it’s a different dentist. Once again, the same diploma and experience! On top of that, our dentist was 15 minutes late, no explanation given and no patient before us!

Too many hidden fees. Stay away from this place. And yes I still have to continue my treatment here because I am stuck. Go to somewhere where they will tell you all the costs upfront.
After each appointment they came up with something new they want you to pay for. I went to the Harrow on the Hill branch.

I visited complete smiles for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was seen by Malavi, the head dentist and owner.
On arrival the hospitality was amazing. The place is extremely clean and the receptionist is great.

I explained to Malavi that I had a traumatic experience in the past and I was terrified. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. The tooth was extremely difficult to come out and took over 2 hours but Malavi managed to get it out and handled the entire situation with the greatest care. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I’ve just completed my dental treatment at Complete Smiles, and I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. I had a front gap that made me self-conscious while speaking, but thanks to the single implant placed by Dr. Pedro, I now feel so much more confident. Dr. Pedro is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, his attention to detail and calm, professional approach made the entire experience reassuring and smooth. What also made a big difference for me was the option to pay monthly, which made it so much easier to go ahead with the treatment without any delays. I’m truly grateful for the care I received — it’s had such a positive impact on my everyday life.

Had I of known then what I know now I would never of had paid 17k to of had my All-on-4 procedure done with complete smiles in December 2023! I suffered a bleed behind my right eye and have lost 70% vision. My nose runs when I eat!
My results were much better than what I had before hand, but my face was never scanned with a laser to ensure the correct size was achined! Nor was I ever fitted with ‘Demo’ teet.it was one set and one set only! I have never been happy with the size of them they were comparable to children’s teeth!
Also I didn’t realise that the tablet I was proscribed was Rohipnal I had two black eyes following extraction! I just viewed everything as ‘part of the process’
Having now had replacement upper & lower haw I can honestly say just how inferior the original set where,of which I was happy with as I said at the start cos I didn’t know any better! Hopefully things have improved and they now offer showing better result than Pedro photos on his phone, but for the money paid?? However not all was lost cos the implanted posts are great!

Complete Smile - can't thank Dr Sarah enough, very professional, caring and polite. She put me at ease straight away and explained what she would do every step of the way. I was scared but she was reassuring.
Thanks to the dental nurses and reception staff. She did an amazing job on my teeth after I had neglected them for 11 years I highly recommend Complete Smiles - do ask to be seen by Dr Sarah.
