These complete gangsters have been taking €15 a month out of my account since I bought tickets off Ticketmaster 6 months ago, I'd advise everyone to check their statements and delete their accounts straight away.

Usually, I do not write reviews, but in this case, I'll make an exception. A 10% discount on whatever I buy sounds appealing. That is, if I receive a clear offer from Completesavings and know with whom I'm dealing. However, I discovered them through an imposed cashback offer. The method they use to insert themselves into your bank account is absolutely despicable.

Reply from Completesavings
They make us believe that they will give cashback, they make us sign up to the platform and then you discover that €15 will be deducted from your account every month!

I blame Dominos. Thats how I inadvertently signed up to this. Complete Savings say they are genuine and that discounts are available in 1000s of stores and that the only way they could have taken 15 euros a month from me was by me signing up. Maybe so, but I thought I was providing my details to Dominos. Really annoyed with Domino's for creating the opportunity for this scammy outfit to take my money. If the reviews all here are negative and people were not aware of what was going on it kind of says it all. Complete scam rather than complete savings quite clearly. Avoid Domino's too. Their product is already very expensive but add a few hundred euros over the last year or so then those few pizzas were surely the most expensive ever known to man.

I don’t mean that the company is a scam but the way that they induce you to sign up the program definitely is a scam. Can’t login into my account on the completesavings.ie and it seams a bit strange aswel so I’ve asked to cancel my subscription on 16/02/2024. Waiting for an answer.

As everyone has said this company part of the Affinion Group who were ordered to repay millions in America after misleading consumers are now doing the same here. They need to be stopped £15 per month multiplied by one million = 200 million or £1 billion over 5 years, this is the extent of their operation. More often than not you do not know you are subscribed to them until months later (in my case 2 years) . They operate behind a pseudonym of 'Complete Savings' giving the impression it is a bank savings scheme and therefore not challenged (As many here testify to. They need to be stopped sued and money recovered in a class action as they were in America.
In 2013, Affinion settled allegations with 47 states in America that its companies misled consumers regarding membership in discount clubs. A $19 million fund was instituted to refund customers who had been subject to unauthorized charge. They are getting away with this across the globe.
Now they are trying to get my review taken down as I have gone into more detail than most.
As my namesake Alan Bates showed with the post Office, you need to be careful who you rip off...

Unbeknown to me I signed up via the Halfords Website in 2016 to something called completesavings.com. £15 per month has been charged to my credit card for year. My wife mistook the charge for a savings plan as we some but it was not a savings plan at all. Check you bank and credit cards to look for a monthly debit of £15 and claim it back from Completesavings. Please spread the word on social media

This is a complete and utter scam, supposedly reputable companies partner with these jokers and after I make a purchase they offer you savings off your next purchase. You of course say cool I'll have that and then they charge you 15 quid a month for nothing. The reputable company you just bought something from actually give them your card details so they can do this. I didn't notice it for almost 2 years, you can get a refund but they will give U guff about having to fill in forms, it's nonsense just stick to your guns and they have to refund you. How this is allowed is beyond me. I suggest complaining to the company that they partner with and saying you will not buy from them again as long as they are partnered. If enough fold do that they may drop their deal with them. It's a complete SCAM!!!!d to update this review or ot will be taken down! Firstly I have received a full refund of all the money this company took from my account about 2 years ago. The reason why I decided to write this review now is that I have once again been "offered" the chance of joining complete savings after purchasing an item from a company online. Let me be clear I didn't not knowingly authorise any direct debit to complete savings, I said yes I'd like to receive discounts on purchases as anyone would and almost 2 years later I discovered that I was paying 15 euro or so a month for the pleasure. As for complete savings response to this review, yes they offer discounts on all sorts of stuff but I checked a few times and I would have had to spend over 200 euro some months to recoup the 15 euro I'd spent to gain the discounts, how many people spend 200 a month on luxury items? When I did call to get my money back I got onto a call centre somewhere in the Philippines by the sound of it, the operator tried to put me off and delay me getting my refund. Eventually she immediately issued me 3 months of a refund and said she'd have to send me a form to fill in to get the rest back? Why can I ask if I have told you I didn't know I'd signed up and I wanted a refund do I need to to fill in a form for the majority of the money? And the form, never arrived, I had to call back and demand my money back and low and behold the operator managed to give me a full refund with having to fill in any forms. In my opinion the form is a delaying tactic employed by this company hoping the call will forget or just let it go. To summarise, this company uses sneaky tactics that are not clear to sign you up to a paid service that offers discounts that in some cases barely give you the subscription amount back. As opposed to other companies that offer discounts for free. If there is any doubt about my review I would suggest the reader look at all the reviews for this company and you will see the pattern, no one is happy that they've been signed up for this service, most reviewers label the company a scam. The only thing I am shocked about at this stage is that the company had the audacity to actually reply considering they have literally a handful of good reviews and a huge amount of negative reviews on this site and everywhere else online.

I have been paying on a monthly basis without any rewards for I don't know how long. All the emails I received went into spam or junk. It seems like a fast way to sign up and pay for a non-genuity service.

Upon reviewing the response from Complete Savings, it is very much a standard response with no recompense for any of the subscribers, that seem to have unknown to them, been signed up to a subscription portal where there are pretty much no benefits and only costs. It is somewhat disingenuous to send out such generic and standardised responses and from a business ethical viewpoint shows little regard for their ''subscribers''. From my own perspective and after reading multiple other reviewers' comments, it is important that we spread the message of discontent with Complete Savings - the name itself is a paradox!!

Fraud, scam, robbers.
Taking money straight from your card.
Robbery!
Wondering, why they are still open?

I never normally write reviews but created an account for this reason. I had found out after 8 months that i was paying a monthly subscription fee of 15 euro.
I was caught out by ordering a dominos online and attempting to claim a 15 cashback offer. I decided to make use of the cashback system while reviewing their offers.
I purchased products from trip.com and Samsung and submitted claims to complete savings. I was given an amount of 190 euro in which I could claim back. When reaching out to the customer service they were helpful and told me what I was owed. Email after Email followed requesting the money back but to no avail. They first said it would be a delay of 30 days, then 90, now 180. I am still waiting for the claim while also pursuing a legal case against the company.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Complete Savings Ambush. Beware.
This is a complete scam. I noticed a debit of €15 from my account for the present month. I then looked back over previous months and find that €15 has been taken from my account since May 2022, a total of €240 in all.
I never signed up to this site and have no idea how they got access to my account.Does anyone have any advice as to how I might get my money back.
In my case they have taken advantage of an 80 year old pensioner.
Date of experience: August 09, 2023

I have no memory of signing up to this scam.
I'll be contacting the company looking for proof of me signing up.
I discovered they were taking €15 from my account monthly.
Total scam

I received a vague description of how I "signed" up with your fraudulent company. I did not receive any email with proof that I filled any forms or agreed to let you charge me.
I assume that in order to catch peoples details, it must be some sort of pop up form that piggybacks on the main seller's site. Clearly you are a fraudulent company, taking advantage of people.
I would love to know why your Trustpilot rating is so low and why so many people are reporting an identical experience to mine? Keep telling yourself that you are a legitimate company if you wish but you have been exposed

Another scam website. I think it was too easy to sign up to this website through Ticketmaster, who should also be held accountable. Ticketmaster shares your card details with this external site so they can take a monthly subscription off you of €15 per month. Please be very wary of this website.

Only by accident did I discover a payment is being made monthly to this company €15 over the past 30 months. I never sought any benefits from this "membership" because I don't even know what they are and if I did I wouldn't choose to pay €15 a month for them. Currently trying to recover unauthorised payments. They are currently looking for my "membership" number - I can't tell them what my number is because I didn't know I was a member. This is completely underhanded. They are managing to slip this in and the only indication on a bank statement is VDP-WLY*COMPLETESA €15 under the radar each month. This has got to be against the law. There is nothing to confirm you have agreed to so called "membership" and they have your bank details through another transaction you are actually choosing to make. Unless you are forensically going through your bank statements each month you have no idea payments are being taken.

Took my details from third party and charged me , robbery pure scam of a company

I'll keep it brief because mst if the other reviews have given a good idea what this company is like.
I purchased a monthly subscription with Complete savings in September 2022, it's now April 2023. They said I can cancel at any time. I did this in the same month but I had bought items and expected two refunds from them. I emailed them five times and each time I did so they replied saying they're waiting to get payments from the "third part fulfillment centre" or some bullsh1t like that.
They're a complete scam. Please don't use them.

Dear Completesavings,
STOP saying in your responses that the terms are very clear. 90% here give you one star and nearly all say they weren't clear what they signed up to.
90% !!!! Who is the problem here????
In November 2022 my daughter used my DR card to order pizza. At some point she was offered "savings on future orders" which she tried to accept. However by the end of it she was completely confused, had no idea what she had signed up for, and most certainly had no idea she was subscribing to a 3rd party website. If you're on a pizza website and you are offered savings on your next order, you expect the savings to be on your pizza account , not another website.
I spotted the €15 charge on my bank account today and figured out what was going on. I also saw that I was charged the last 2 months too. I'll be chasing to get all of it refunded! Member No: 55004701003
What you're doing may not be a scam, but it is less than honest!!! If you can't see that with a 90% disapproval rating , you really need to take a step back and look at your business processes!
