I also got scammed buying a Dublin Express ticket. 2 monthly fees, 2 times 18 euro for a membership I did not sign up for. Being on holidays I noticed this one month later.
Contacting Completesavings they could not find my membership details. And asked for more personal details including the first 6 and last 4 digits of my creditcard, ha ha.... I send them the date plus details of the transfer. Of course I did not give them any more details nor called them (they asked to do this). Creditcard is blocked and I asked the creditcard company for a cash back.
All in all. VERY BAD!!

Reply from Completesavings
The first thing I knew about this was when I received an email telling me I was to be charged €18 a month for membership. I did not knowingly sign up for this, and certainly never saw their terms and conditions, as I would not have joined if I had. I cancelled the membership via their contact line, and will check my card account carefully.

They don't accept revolut bank accounts and don't want ti cancel the subscription, it's a scam, avoid this company.

Update - I contacted my bank ad complete savings gave my money back. It was a lot if work. It's not evident where it states that 15 euro is taken from my account if a person subscribes

I do not remember signing up for this and now €20 taken out of my account. In my case this happened when I ordered items from Look fantastic. I did not clearly see the details and I feel this needs better highlighted by the company so others don't get caught the way I did

Reply from Completesavings
To be fair it is my fault for not reading the terms and conditions whenever it is that I signed up (which I do not even remember doing). They have taken a few hundred from my bank account over a course of a couple of months. Whenever you do catch it in your bank statements please cancel it as it provides absolutely no value. Hope this helps :)

This is just a scam website trick people into their subscription through legitimate businesses! In my scenario it was Dominos stay away!

BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. HAD TAKEN €1280 FROM MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I REALISED WHAT WAS HAPPENING. AVOID THESE CROOKS

Reply from Completesavings
This site pop out did not say anything about membership fee.
Once they get a hold of your credit card data, they keep charging you every month. All attempts to contact completesavings.ie are not answered.
Please avoid this "Service".

I was purchasing a ticket with Dublin Express this morning and a pop-up from this company appeared on my screen after I had purchased my ticket. I had almost signed up to it when I realized it's probably a scam and came to this page to confirm just that.

Updated comment
I will say I think the set up of this 'account' did blindside me, I didn't realise I signed up to it. Maybe the service worked but didn't realise I had it, to ever use it, so can't comment if that worked.
When I initiated cancellation, money was returned to me, so would compliment their response to my cancellation and complaint.

Complete savings are sophisticated scammers. They acquire your bank details from a third party, such as Trainline, and charge you a monthly fee without your consent. They deceive you into signing up for minor discount deals and then impose a disproportionate monthly fee. After purchasing a ticket from Trainline with a small discount, I was charged an £18 monthly subscription fee.

I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE TO ALL OF YOU AND WHAT SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING IS THIS FIRM / COMPANY, THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO PAY YOU BACK (AS CASH BACK SAVINGS). I WILL NOT WASTE TIME IN FUTURE WITH CASH BACK SCHEMES YOUR BETTER OFF KEEPING YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Cannot believe I have been paying €15 a month to what looks like a complete scam of a business.
I have since cancelled this payment through the bank and formally requested a copy of my data to determine how they got my information, my payment information all to determine if I file a formal complaint with the Garda for Finance and the GDPR police.
This feels like a full on scam to me - debiting an account with zero communication of it happening, of an invoice showing up or a receipt being produced is really bad practice. For that alone, I am giving this lot two big thumbs down. I reckon they are worse than just sneaky but have yet to confirm this.
As it goes, the line item on the bank statement is WLY... the same name of an organisation I am legitimately working with or I would have caught this a lot sooner.
REPLY TO COMPLETE SAVINGS
As I can't reply to their comment, I am placing it here.
The cut and paste text they use is alarming. It is also grammatically incorrect, and has typos. I emailed this company for a copy of my data they hold on me - and not a word from them. Within 24hrs of putting up an online review.. I get a copy/paste response that makes me more suspicious of them.
I am leaning way more towards this being a scam and reporting this company would be in all of our interest. Perhaps if a few of us scammed by this service did, then something would be done to curtail their activities.

After 6 busy months I discovered I had been paying out £15 a month to GO2 savings. The Complete Savings company who I had inadvertently signed up to when making a purchase to another company. Obviously quite a hidden scheme although they say they are on the level and you have to agree the terms and conditions - it must be well disguised otherwise more people would see what they are signing up to. Take care people. To cancel, you have to get on to their site - click the forgot password field - get a new password - go to your member account - profile - find your membership number. Make sure you know the email address you signed up with and the month - then you can probaby fill in the cancellation form found at the end of their terms and conditions cancellation info. A long process and tedious - but I got shot of these scammers. Be very aware that this is an expensive cash back scheme and over 1000 retailers are signed up including the likes of Tesco Groceries and Debenhams - just take care and read all the terms and conditions. They subsequently came back after this review to ask for my details. They have enough info on me. I am not prepared to send more or waste more time on this.

Stay away……..
I placed an order with dominos 12 months ago and apparently I unknowingly signed a form to acquire a savings account with these gangsters. To date they have taken €180 from my account on a monthly basis. I contacted them today and spoke with a foreign lady who explained that I have signed up for this account. They have agreed to refund 3 months of membership and I will have to file a complaint if I want to recieve a refund on the rest. Dominos have a lot to answer for as this is happening through their online order system and they are doing nothing about it. Please be careful. I will update this review if I recieve any further refund.

This company is a brazen scam, dominos has just confirmed that it cooperates with them, here's what they wrote to me: 'Domino’s are partnering with complete savings. Customers can claim a percentage back for each order placed if subscribed with complete savings.' They pretend to contact you but all messages go directly to the spam box. I lost 180 euros so I will notify The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman and the Gardaí.

This website has took €18 out of my account and I haven’t even heard of it before I checked my statement on my revolut I have called and the woman asked for my eircode and I hung up please no one use this website as they are complete and utter fools

As with all other reviews about this company I did not know i was signed up to them until I saw it on my bank charges. Luckily for me I caught it at the first deduction of €18. I have blocked them from taking any more through my bank and sent an email explaining that I never knowingly signed up and that I want my avcount cancelled immediately. I am waiting on a response. This should not be allowed to happen especially with so many of the same stories.
