Great Survey
Liam carried out our survey and it was just as detailed and thorough as any other I've seen by companies charging a lot more. Liam also highlighted that the property we were buying was a non-standard construction, something neither the vendor nor estate agent had divulged.
We pulled out of the purchase because of this, we had a very close call!
