Liam did our Homebuyer Survey. The report is very detailed and easy to understand. The survey was on Wednesday and we got the report the next day! They always respond my email very quickly and the price is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend.

I came across the company on here with good reviews and that’s why we booked our Homebuyers Survey with them. When I was advised how the booking process was I was a bit apprehensive and worried with it being a different company with a different name and I did question myself.
After speaking over the phone I was put at ease and It was very straight forward to book. Cheryl from the booking team was amazing, her communication was outstanding.
The report itself was done so quickly! We had our survey booked in on a Wednesday morning and we got our report back the very next day! It’s very straightforward to understand with the green, amber and red markings and is very well detailed.

Best price, and quick to arange survey. Conducted on time with courtesy call before arrival. Only criticism would be, that surveyer told us would have report back by tommorow at the latest, but had to wait a week. All in all excellent service, and will use again.

I would highly recommend Complete Home Surveys, Sean Thompson recently carried out a survey for me on a new property we are buying and the report was very in-depth and thorough.
I was expecting a 5-7 day lead time on the report but I actually received the report 3 days later, and on a Sunday evening, I thought this was great service and gave me and my partner time together to go through the survey in detail.
all in all great service and money well spent.

I used Complete Home Surveys for a valuation report. They were recommended to me by a friend, and were the third company I spoke to. Others were more expensive and had a wait of up to two weeks before the survey was likely to take place. Following a call with Liam requirements were established and the process moved quickly I felt updated throughout. Access to the property was arranged with the tenant with minimum fuss and disruption. The report was issued on the afternoon of the survey and contained everything I was expecting.
