Proceed with extreme caution, the service I received from compare the networks and plan.com was not in line with what I was sold over the phone, I requested a termination of the contract during a delayed period of my primary contact number not being active or able to be used. I had 5 full days of no service to my phone line. Loss of business was significant & serious personal impact from my hospitalised pregnant partner not being able to contact me, all due to an incredibly poor service.
I had to buy another brand new contract from another provider to resolve my issues.
Despite a request of termination due to a poor service not in line with what was sold to me, I was still charged approx £971. The service I received has been reported to the ombudsman.
Not to mention the hostile customer service from members of staff post my termination request, rather than empathy for the impacts of the poor service received.

I can not recommend these guys enough , Mostly dealing with a guy called Aaron and what this guy dont know isn't worth knowing , great help from the start and when he isn't available his team are just as professional and helpful. Best deals and knowledge and dont palm you off after they have made a sale , I've had some issues with my phone and have been there above and beyond to help .

I've never dealt with a company so rude and incompentant in my life. sales team great but aftersales team are awful once your all signed up they dont want to know.
Took a new Business contract out and not been able to recieve calls for 20 days as you can imagine not ideal when trying to run a business everytime you call them they cut the phone of and when they do decide to answer they Fob you off to get you off the phone then they have told me its no longer their issue deal with plan.com direct mean while they sold us the product in the first place not plan oh and guess what we cant get through to plan either so im paying for 2 phones that i cant currently use. Great service 👍

Josh called me with a "Halloween special" which I was sceptical about at first. However he managed to get me a new 2025 iPad and upgraded me to the iPhone 17!

Dreadful company. Have been cold calling me for weeks. I block a number and they use another! I shall report them to the ombudsman if they don’t cease! I made it clear to today’s caller I wanted to be removed from their list so don’t want a response here saying email them! Why would ANYONE do that?! You would end up with non stop emails too! How anyone thinks running a company by spamming people is acceptable these days is beyond me.

What a change to deal with someone that doesn’t fill you full of useless info, Ben Russel from plan portal was a breath of fresh air, he has initially taken my 2 mobiles from Three to 02 and now I get 5g in my house it was previously we had to link to our WiFi to use the phones, also roaming while on holiday is not going to be a problem, to top that I got an iPad 2025 128gb free, I have now changed my broadband connection to O2 and getting rid of my land based broadband because it is slow and unreliable but with 5G on my doorstep it is greatly improved and will also serve in my motorhome when away from home so for me it’s a double win if not triple with the new IPad thank you Ben Russel and Plan Portal

Incredibly bad customer service - I instantly regret switching over from O2 - was told that there would be no down time and when the day came, all of my work phones were down for the full day and are still down now. When I called for the 3rd time to ask for help - I was met with the most awful customer service that I would not of ever got from O2 - I would not recommend this company at all - phones still not working.

What a refreshing experience. Josh was the person that really helped me out. I was frustrated with my old provider and he listened to everything I wanted (very rare these days) and he offered me a great package which work out really well and is very competitive. The best thing also about compare the networks is that you can call them up and anyone of them that picks up the ohoen is super friendly and willing to help.
Highly recommended and have already spoken to my friends about this company's great service

Received an unsolicited call offering to upgrade my contract. They obviously look up who you network provider is because they knew I was on the Vodafone network, but the giveaway they have no real information is because I'm actually on the virtual network Talkmobile. Bad sales tactics and misrepresentation.

Aron was so very helpful friendly polite and made it clear what the phone did and made sure it was right for my grandson and myself. I was contacted by Ben from CTN 13 months ago, and switched my current personal phone plan over to a dual-sim, unlimited data contract with Three. They paid the final bill to get me released from previous contract, the sims arrived in good time and I had no issues porting the number over.
Fast forward 13 months, and I happened to arrive to do some work at a property, and discovered that the tenant, Chris, worked for CTN. I had already sung the praises of my experience with switching to a business contract before we put 2 and 2 together, and it was great to see that the sales team are as friendly in real-life as they are on the phone.
I ended up asking Chris to help me arrange a new deal for my wife, who is also a director of my company and to see what they could arrange in terms of handsets as my iphone was on its last legs. He passed me over to Ben, and he fired up his laptop after office hours and we worked out a great deal for 2 handsets and a new unlimited data sim for my wife.
It's straightforward to deal with CTN, I actively look forward to my contract renewal date next year to see what offers we can secure.
Thanks Chris & Ben, hope to catch up soon for the E-Sims you do for travelling out of europe!
