Called by a man from Compare the Networks cold called although we are TPS reg with a sales call which is against the law. Compare the Networks has actually been dissolved as a company and is actually XTRA PHONES UK LTD which you will find in the terms and conditions on their website. Other than this it does not say anywhere on the website about XTRA PHONES UK LTD which is a requirement to give company name and number. They both have the same company director. Do your research before dealing with the company and be aware any good reviews may be fake. Draw your own conclusions from the above. We would never deal with companies like this who cold call.
Please be aware Compare the Networks complained about this review as it detailed the first name of the person that called. They work hard to have any unfavourable reviews removed. Do your research first before dealing with this company.

Aaron Courtney was fantastic. We had a chat about my needs and we arrived at a good deal quickly with no fuss, very efficient. Aaron was friendly with some chit chat and made it all easy, will be happy to deal with him in the future, thank you Aaron!!

This company keep calling me CONSTANTLY! I’ve asked them to take me off their list, to stop calling and they’re still calling me.
Telling me my contract is ending soon (which it isn’t). They’re are a terrible company.

Arron was great and sort me out with a good deal and listened to what the issue with my data was and sorted it for me,so thanks arron for the brilliant service

They behave like scammers. The cold called me repeatedly. Eventually I answered. They told me that I have a phone contract that is under review, because it is due to end soon. But this is not true - my phone is provided by my employer. My advice is do not trust this company.

Josh was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Initially scepticle of this cold call approach but the deal offered was so good I had to hear more. Not rec'd my 3no. SIMS and new phone yet, but very confident that there won't be any problems

Aaron has been incredibly helpful with setting up my new contract and offered me a better deal than I have received elsewhere! He is very knowledgeable on products and nothing was too much trouble! He was patient whilst I came back and forth with questions and there was no pressure to make a decision and guided me through the whole contract. Thank you so much for your help, I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family, as I have.

Being able to speak to a real person and have them deal with the major companies who won’t talk to you!

CompareTheNetwork approached me and my businesses a few weeks ago with the initiative of reviewing whether our existing contracts were suitable in terms of both cost and quality of service. We had been with Vodafone for three to four years, hoping the service in our areas would improve. Instead, we experienced continual increases in our bills with no noticeable improvement in quality.
During the initial stages, we spoke with Crystal, who helped us negotiate a suitable deal and contract for myself and our team members. The CompareTheNetwork team managed the entire switching process, including settling our final in-contract account with Vodafone.
We have now been using CompareTheNetwork for a few weeks, and their customer service has been excellent — always responsive, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend CompareTheNetwork to any business, large or small, looking to secure a better deal and improved service.
A special thanks to Crystal, Kim, Darren, and the rest of the team for their outstanding support.

I've received a total of 3 calls which is fine to me, the first two I did not entertain, during a moment of just waking up I spoke on the third call and was weary, upon a review of their websites, TP & a-lot of thinking while playing Minecraft I've concluded its "so-so"
I'm not a fan of cold calling, its a pain in the arse, staff dude was helpful though lol, unfortunately for these folks I don't own a contract (My parent does) and the data broker who sold them my information is horrible at their job lol
You guys are cool and next time you call we'll be talking about nuclear reactors.
Yes. This is a legitimate review.
Kind Regards,
^Lynn

I have used compare the networks for a couple of years now. I have multiple lines. I have adopted Aaron as kind of a personal manager and he really is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the best possible deals.
