Disgraceful

Disgraceful! Paid way in advance of travelling, had the conformation email and the contact number to call when I was 45 mins away from Heathrow. Called no less than 7 times, voicemail everytime! Arrived at level 4 terminal 2 as planned, no one there. Ended up having to use another agent! They have promised me a full refund now on 3 occasions, have recieved nothing! Nothing but scammers!!

PARKING BOX Heathrow park and ride, TRAFALGAR HOUSE

Booked airport parking near Heathrow via a comparison website and was directed to Parking Box (location: SL3 9NU).

While my car was in their care for around 2 weeks, a tree branch fell and broke the rear windshield. I reported this immediately and was told over the phone that they would reimburse my £100 insurance excess.

Since then, I have been repeatedly told “we will pay tomorrow”, but no payment has been made and my calls are now being ignored.

I have since discovered that the comparison website used for booking appears to be operated by the same company providing the parking service, without this being clearly disclosed, which raises concerns about how independent the platform really is.

I am now having to pursue this formally to recover £100 which was already agreed.
50 minutes of waiting at drop off and 35 mins on pick up standing in freezing cold and spent 40 mins to board up rear windshield to drive over 100 miles home, their manager kept saying pick up van will be there in 7 minutes as we called number of times due to long wait in freezing cold weather.

I would recommend others to carefully check independent reviews before booking or risk your car as they don’t take any responsibility, very good at talking and promises nothing gets done, AVOID

Disgraceful experience

Disgraceful experience. I arrived for my booking only to find the car park closed. I was forced to pay another parking in the last moment just to catch my flight.
I have sent multiple emails and support tickets with proof of payment, but I am being ignored. Despite being promised a callback over the phone, no one has contacted me. They took my money and disappeared.
Avoid this company at all costs—completely unprofessional and unreliable. I am still waiting for my refund.

Please do not use this website or read…

Please do not use this website or read al the fine prints before booking
I paid the cancellation fee of £3 and was still charged 30% for a booking that was cancelled in less than 24 hours.

I made a booking paying the £3 cancellation fee and called back to cancel the booking after reading the reviews.
I cancelled with an hour of making the booking and when I spoke to a member of their team who was very happy to cancel my booking without informing me that I would lose 30% of what I paid.
I called during working hours and was informed by Simala to send in the reason for cancellation because if I have proof of the reason Trustpilot reviews then I will be able to get a refund.
I have sent the email five days ago and tried calling back and getting no reply.
I will not recommend this website for booking your airport parking website.

If I could give a minus score in stars…

If I could give a minus score in stars then I would.
DO NOT USE THIS [DIS]ORGANISATION!!!
All seemed well until arriving at Heathrow T4. No driver from the designated operator Rose Parking Ltd arrived to receive us as promised. On ringing them they claimed that CCAP (Compare Cheap Airport Parking , the booking agent) had cancelled our booking without giving a reason. By now the check-in deadline was looming. The parking provider, Rose Parking, said they would honour our booking only on payment of an EXTRA £250.00. We had little option, given the pressing time, but to go ahead with this option (paying cash), lest we lose the whole of our airfares.
It seems obvious to me that there was collusion between the booking agent and the operator to do this scam, and it's not just a quality assessment, it's a scam through and through.

Avoid this company

comparecheapairportparking
Avoid this company – misleading information and extremely poor customer service.

I made a booking through Compare Cheap Airport Parking (Booking Ref: CCAP39350) for airport parking totalling £120.34. As part of the booking I also paid an additional cancellation cover fee, which is advertised as protection allowing customers to cancel and receive a refund if plans change.

However, the reason I requested cancellation was because the information provided about the parking service was misleading and not clearly explained at the time of booking. The advert suggests straightforward airport parking, yet only after the booking is completed are you informed that you must call the parking provider 30 minutes before arriving at the postcode provided to arrange parking. This crucial information was not clearly stated beforehand and significantly changes the nature of the service being sold.

Due to this incorrect and misleading information, I requested cancellation and expected a refund, particularly because I had paid extra for cancellation cover. Despite this, the company has failed to process the refund and continues to leave the cancellation request pending.

Selling cancellation protection while delaying or refusing refunds raises serious concerns about misleading advertising and unfair business practices. Customers should not be encouraged to pay extra for protection that is not honoured when legitimately used.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when booking with this company.

Unreliable service and factual inaccuracies in dispute response

I booked airport parking through this company based on high ratings, which in my experience, did not reflect the service provided.

Service Issues: We contacted the provider multiple times while en route to Heathrow. Despite having a confirmed slot, the representative arrived nearly an hour late. Upon arrival, they demanded we pay additional short-stay parking fees caused by their own delay. The representative informed us they were overstretched and were cancelling numerous other bookings on the spot. Because of this, we were forced to make alternative parking arrangements.

Dispute and Evidence: When we raised a dispute via American Express, the merchant claimed we had failed to call the provider beforehand. This is factually incorrect. I have retained screenshots of my call logs from the day of travel, which clearly show 13 attempted calls and over 7 minutes of total talk time with the provider's number.

Terms and Conditions: Prospective customers should be aware that this company’s Terms and Conditions include clauses attempting to prohibit customers from leaving reviews under threat of legal action. In my opinion, this is a highly unusual practice for a transparent business.

I would strongly advise travelers to keep detailed records and call logs if using this service, as I found their account of events during the refund process to be entirely inconsistent with my phone records.

This is a big scam

This is a big scam. Be careful!

I had a terrible experience with them. I booked a meet and greet for 11 days and paid £83. My flight was on 26/11/2025, early morning. As per the instructions, I called them 30 minutes before the airport, but they didn’t answer. I kept calling until I arrived at Heathrow Airport, but no one answered.

We were a family, and my children were at the parking lot in the cold weather. I was so worried about them. Finally, my call was answered, and they told me they couldn’t come pick up my car. Meanwhile, many people at Meet and Greet had offered their services, starting from £200 to £270.

One driver came to me and asked me to book his company. He gave me a QR code, and I booked with them. It cost £85, and at the same time, he phoned his boss and passed the phone to me. The boss said he couldn’t pick up my car and canceled my booking, offering me £190. I was helpless and didn’t want to miss my flight.

I had booked with them, so they collected my car. There was a big scam at Heathrow Airport, and even security gave me different offers.

After my vacation, I called a few days to get my refund. They blocked my number, so I used a different number to reach them. I told them I was going to the police, and then I got a partial refund.
