Don’t bother. Just call a local agency.
Was transferred to three separate tiers of people, each of whom insisted on confirming: my contact information in full, the reason why I was looking for insurance, the type of insurance I was requesting, and everything else. They weren’t even asking new questions, they were just confirming the details already on their screen. Extremely frustrating. When I was finally ready to be transferred to an agent, the line was busy and my call was routed back to the third rep I spoke to. She told me, “somebody will get back to you”. 24 hours later, I still haven’t heard from anyone.

The person who took my info got…
The person who took my info got EVERYTHING wrong. She indicated to insurance agencies that I needed "commercial auto insurance" or business comprehensive insurance. Anything but what I was actually going for- real estate appraiser's E&O insurance. Not one company that contacted me had correct info as to what i really needed. PLUS- she gave out the wrong phone number. She asked is this the right phone number I said no that is my land line, here is my business cell which is what i want people to contact me on. She gave out the land line info anyway.
A VERY poor performance. I didn't knowingly use your service in the first place. You are phishing because I clicked on "Nationwide" and got you guys. Believe me- I would NEVER knowingly use your company- EVER
