The customer service support I got from my agent Stephanie was easy to understand and easy to join her knowledge and experience gave me the trust and reliability needed when it comes to insurance of any kind I never thought I would be excited about life insurance

Representative was respectful and polite. Reviewed existing policy and explained new policy available. Was not wearing a name tag or uniform with the company name on it or driving a company vehicle. Would have been more comfortable if representatives had clear identification beyond a business card.
