I recently bought a 520d m sport from Colm Quinn Athlone. I found them excellent to deal with from start to finish. Rob McGrath was superb to deal with and sent me numerous videos and pictures of the car before I got to view it in person.

Average, communication leaves a lot to be desired.
I bought a landrover discovery 5 and brought it to a dealer to fix a camera fault (all agreed with Colm Quinn) they found other issues which Colm Quinn fixed under warranty. All good. Problem was they had the car for 21 days and I had to pay for the rental to keep me on the road.

Not Great!!
Bought a 5 series Msport of Colm Quinn Drogheda. It has had to be jump started twice as battery was faulty. The car had to be left in the garage 3 further times due to a rattling noise coming from the back. Also to further frustration. I lodged a complaint about this to BMW and knowone will even return my call. Shocking if you ask me that this is how they operate. If I had of known this when I bought the car then there would have been no chance of me buying the car.

I wouldn’t go here. Non-disclosure of T&Cs yet held to their t&cs regardless.
Terrible communicators. Non-disclosure of t&cs is the same as theft of consent. Yet they will eagerly hold you to the t&cs and leave you out of pocket as they did me.
I would not recommend them. And if I was able to give negative stars I would.

I have to write this review about Colm Quinn Bmw Athlone, Such a fantastic Bmw dealership you all are miles ahead of other Bmw dealerships and i dont say that to lightly well done,
I had my Bmw 640d in for a check up and it was found to have an air mass sensor fault, James one of your mechanics came to my house and fitted sensor without issue he is a fantastic man very mannerly and so efficient he is a credit to you and i will be requesting James to work on my 640d whenever it is in your garage,
Well done Colm Quinn Bmw keep up the good work,
Anyone looking to purchase a Bmw look no further.

Mc Grath from Colm Quinn's was super. He uploaded videos for me to see every aspect of the car. His attention to detail was superb. The car was delivered to my door. The customer service was top class.
