Just be aware for when you pass your test…
It was all sold very well until test was passed and we cancelled straight away on the online portal. I called customer services when they were still trying to take the monthly payment. They confirmed I had cancelled but stated I owed them seventy odd pounds!! £40 cancellation fee and the rest for cancelling before being seventy five percent of the way through an annual policy! Fleeced again!!
This should be pointed out clearly at the sales pitch as learners as my lad did, may pass within 6 months. I had thought it was a rolling monthly policy. It’s all on the small print but a little misleading in the advertisements. I’d never use them again on principle. There should be tighter legislation on insurance companies printing their own money as they do.
(Customer service lady was very nice and understanding on cancellation.)

Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. They don't pay out in full if you have to make a claim. Customer service is non existent. They charge you admin fees for cancelling a policy with less than 30 days instead of just letting it run out. They also tried to charge an admin fee for swapping a car registration after it was stolen saying it was our choice to change the car. Absolute awful company. Would never ever use or recommend to anyone
