A great MTM service. Collaro has by far the nicest and most complete set of sartorial details one can get in this price range. The customer service is prompt and efficient. There is a long lead time but for good work that's to be expected.

First of all, Collaro has amazing service. I opted to purchase the optional trial trousers/shirt since MTM companies generally take 2-3 garments to dial in your fit, and Yuri was able to make significant improvements off of the fit pictures. My final trousers and shirt came out far better than any I have received on a first purchase from other makers. The customization options are fantastic, the fabrics are top notch, and the stitching is tight and even throughout the garments. All email responses were prompt and attentive, and Yuri continued to correspond with me to ensure future purchases will fit even better. I have already placed a second order, and I expect I will continue to do so frequently for many years.

I would also like to thank Travis for his help sorting out the technical issue I experienced. A company that puts this much effort into customer satisfaction is well worth the patronage.

Travis is an amazing artist. The suits he tailored for me were extremely well fitting and even had built in margins to cater for my horizontal growth, so that in the future, I wouldn't have to get a new suit tailored just to fit my growing size. I need simply adjust the margins on the suit.

Shopping at Collaro has been one of the easiest options to get high quality, made to measure menswear. Their website is easy to use, they have so many great fabric & style options, and best of all they are very communicative throughout the process. The level of customization, craftsmanship, and fabric quality is the best value I've found. The owners personally respond to emails expeditiously and are very knowledgeable of their fabrics. First visited Collaro in Jan 2022 and really loved the choice and quality of fabrics available, as well as how my tailored clothing turned out. Good customer service and knowledge helpful responses

I am based in Melbourne, Australia and at the end of 2020 I placed an on-line order for 4 pairs of trousers from Collaro. They arrived a couple weeks later, but each of them had a crease at the seat area. With all the lock-downs in Melbourne, I was working from home for the majority of 2021, so I didn't have a chance to wear the trousers. Anyway, when overseas travel was allowed in late 2021 we booked a holiday to Singapore. I then got in touch with Travis to make an in-person appointment to order more garments at which point he offered to make any required adjustments to the 4 pairs of trouser I had previously purchased. I attended my appointment on 22/01/2022 and Travis was the consummate professional in attending to the required adjustments. I terms of my new order, he provided advice in regards to the selection of fabrics, colours and design. I would highly recommend Collaro for your clothing needs.
