Great service from start to finish. Doors and windows looks great, good quality and good finish. We had a small issue with fitting them but Paul there engineer fixed every detail until they were all perfect.

Very happy with the windows and doors but particularly Paul’s attention to detail.

Sash windows are stunning I have an Edwardian home that has had nothing done in so long got the windows from Colin’s the quality is amazing

Exceptional quality windows, we went with run through sash horns and they really set these windows apart.
The attention to detail is great and the fine astragal bars replicate the original timber windows very closely.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I purchased 3 sash so far. I am very happy with the quality and will buy more in future. I just wish the office communicates a bit better and gives a bit more details about the windows they sell and all the options.

Customer service has been truly good when I needed help. Thanks the remote engineer who helped me to understand the new system of springs.

I am a seasoned property developer and one of my builders has recommended this company for our major 18 windows project several years ago. I have to say that it's been an ultimate blessing that he has, because I never knew you can have these amazing windows, the ones that look so well, and made to such a quality standard at Colin's prices. It's extremely good value and very good quality build. These windows really look and feel and are made like windows that cost 3 times as much.
I have been using this company ever since and I have to credit the girls at the office, who always reply quickly, they always answer the phone, and they are just so in tune with the 21st century and client needs that I can't really recommend them enough. A rare find.
They have gone an extra mile for me over and over again and it's safe to say that I will never look elsewhere. Keep up the good work guys, you've got a great business sense, and a product and the fortune will follow you.

Having recently purchased 12 sash windows and 4 sets of french doors, we cannot recommend Colin's Sash Windows highly enough. Ordering online was at first a bit daunting. But the staff have been excellent in answering any questions we have had for them in a prompt and professional manner. Delivery of our windows was also on time, without a hitch. And the after service from Paul has been second to none. We love the way the sash windows have enhanced our house and we would highly recommend this company to all our family and friends.

The aftercare for customers from Colin's sash windows was something that I just had to comment on. Especially to Paul in the handling of an issue that initially had him scratching his head. His intimate knowledge and experience in every aspect of the products supplied enabled him to diagnose and rectify an issue that was essentially the fault of the builder installing the Heritage doors in my property. Although due to the geographical distance it was not possible for Paul to attend and rectify that issue himself, his support outside of working hours was testament to his professional acumen. Would highly recommend this company.

Paul was absolutely amazing. He fixed a very badly fitted window from another company and it was no problem to sort out the issue, he explained what the problems were and refitted the window. I would highly recommend Paul and the team.

What a fantastic company. I was nervous about using them, as I couldn't believe the price. However, now my doors have been installed, I can report this company is as good as it seems. Super quality product - our builder couldn't believe the price-and the team at Colin's are fantastically helpful. We got sent replacement springs free of charge and had Paul guide me through every step of the repair process, even getting my wife involved to act the hero at the end! I’m not one for usually leaving reviews, but thought it was important to acknowledge the lengths the guys at Colin sash windows go to resolve problems.

First and foremost, I want to thank Colin as he sets the tone for the rest of the team to follow, and it shows. They are indeed a company that cares.

Having raised a concern with the company Colin put one of his best guys on the job for me - Paul - who called me outwith business hours and personally assured me that my custom matters and has since put the wheels in motion to resolve issues that were effectively my fault.

Indeed a heartfelt and truly empathetic service - unheard of in a world of faceless transitions - once again, thank you, I am genuinely grateful.

We would like to say a massive thanks to Paul for sorting out our new door.We had them custom made and we are now loving the view. After initial misunderstanding it all got nicely sorted. Paul really did go out of his way and finished everything in the end.

I first ordered with CSW two years ago, the price, service and quality were all outstanding. I was so impressed that I've now bought the front of the house windows through Colin.
The windows arrived in good order as expected. On this occasion however I had accidentally mismeasured one of the windows 🙄 a costly mistake, or so I thought... Colin's team promptly found a solution. A replacement was ordered and my mistake wasn't so costly after all.

Having bought my Crittall Doors last September, they have just been finished today. This is through no fault of Colin but the fitters who installed my doors (You really need someone who is experienced in these style of doors).

Colin and especially his troubleshooter, Paul Taylor, have been absolutely amazing, they have made 3 visits to my house even though it’s a four hour trip each way, kept me calm and restored my belief in the human race. My fitters refused to come back after fitting them back to front!!!

Thank you Colin and Paul for helping me beyond the call of duty, and at your own expense. I will be forever grateful and certainly buy any future products from this company.

Windows fine. You must know absolutely what you want. No upfront assistance/advice. We didn’t include a sill as thought it was included and they left us waiting for three weeks until I complained and then said our fault. No sill. Happy to take the money though.
