Fantastic windows, excellent customer service.

Avoid at all costs. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The doors were not as promised, and it took four attempts before the issue was finally resolved and they still are not fully 1.5 years later. The entire process was incredibly stressful, made worse by a sales team and office staff who seemed to lack both product knowledge and any sense of customer care. We were left utterly unimpressed and extremely disappointed.

Absolutely thrilled with our new timber sash windows from Colin's! The craftsmanship is outstanding and they've completely transformed the look of our Victorian terrace. The team was professional throughout and the installation was spotless.

We placed and order and was told three weeks when I payed i was then told 6weeks for the aluminium windows eventually they turned up without the thebcill end caps and seals when I spoke to Elena in the office I was told to email in. Because I wasn't having it as these window were already three weeks late I was given the number of Paul Taylor there rep who saved the day as he had flow screed booked and windows needed to be in. Colins sash Perhaps you should take a leaf out of Paul's book that you are nothing without your customers.
Maybe you should let him run the show he's the only one who seems to have all the answers thank you Paul really appreciated.

Great front-end customer care. Radina was fantastic. Quick to reply, very thorough, volunteered options & alternatives. I was never in any doubt that the order would go well. Delivered on time, no faults and best of all, the actual window quality is just excellent. Very happy and will use again

We have been working with Colins Sash Windows for the past 3 years and they are great to work with. Orders are delivered on time, great product quality and amazing customer service. Elena has been our point of contact all the time and she has been very helpful and made the order process very easy

I thought I would order a single window with this company - and then if I was happy with product and installation I would order replacements for all the windows in my house. I haven't received the window yet - delivery was just pushed back by a month (today) with no explanation - which in part explains my 1 star review. The further annoyance is that the presales service is awful - I've had to tell the person I'm dealing with at least 4 times that I want the window installed, I've given my address at least 3 times, and calling and speaking to them to provide information and ensure everything is clear didn't help. The specifications for the window I provided were agreed - and then following payment I was told that actually they can't do this and that (colours etc) and I would have to choose alternatives. By this point they had my money, their installation person had been out to measure, and I needed the window installed without delay - so proceeded. Regretting it now.

Absolutely brilliant experience very highly recommended to everyone. Paul was brilliant all in all brilliant service.

I've had 8 windows from Colin's Sash Windows and and they look brilliant. 5 of them have gone in with no issues, but when a spring broke on one of them during installation, Paul was brilliant and came out the next day to fix the issue. Can't fault their customer service!

Paul of Colin's Sash Windows came highly recommended, & thoroughly deserved it.
He was fantastic & repaired a difficult fault which others had refused to attempt.

Online purchase of expensive items can be daunting but the support, continuity and attention to detail were excellent.
Issues that arose were dealt with speedily and comms were transparent and relevant.
The product when it arrived was first class and a number of people have asked me where I got them from. I have been happy to recommend and will continue to purchase from Colins Sash Windows in the future. Really pleased.

Colins Sash Windows didn’t disappoint with their quality and what I envisioned for our space. But the highlight of the entire experience and probably the most important was the fitting experience and quality.
A product really speaks volumes when it’s been fitted properly by an expert and experienced team. Paul was phenomenal along with Andrew and Charlie. They arrived promptly, hardly stopped for breaks, worked through even in the rain with a smile on their faces to give me an impeccable fitting and finish. Every detail was covered and my job was a hard one, a old house with wonky walls, quirks and specialist expensive finishes and they worked around everything, mitigating where they needed to with care for my property. I could never have another fitter again and already planning to get Paul and the team back for a new project.

Would recommend Colin’s sash windows every time this is the second window I have had from this company.Excellent communication from enquiry to delivery and high quality product.Arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering and my independent window fitter was very impressed with the standard of the window.
