Still waiting for my refund of 2 x $49 ...
Very-very disappointed and frustrated. I've been trying to contact them for weeks now but no response. I only purchased a $1 "No catch" deal for 1 credit download, but they were still charging me $49 per month for pro membership for two months now, which is almost $100 in total for literally NOTHING. As it turned out it was a 10 days trial as well which renews automatically, not considering that I haven't used my account neither have I received any bills just about my very first $1 charge. Additionally, the system does not allow you to cancel pro membership, only through their very poor customer service. Very very suspicious and tricky, they advertising their no catch deals without any refund opportunities. Be very very careful with them, once they get your bank details it is hard to make sure that they won't charge you the next month. Still waiting for their response about a possible refund and cancellation of my membership. I'm very disappointed, they seemed trustworthy.

Scam!!! Do not waste your time or money! I never signed up for the "Pro" class and they charged me $49 for a class I do not want! I do not even shoot portraits or wedding or use Lightroom pre sets!. Any real company would offer a refund, but this is the only way they can make money is to steal it from people!
You have my email, and I have emailed your support three times and nobody has responded to me!

Stay far away from these scammers. I paid for a $4 family posing guide which was definitely worth $4. Over a year later and I get emailed a receipt for $49 to their monthly subscription. Now that I check my account, I see that I’ve been paying that Every month since my initial purchase. I’ve never received a receipt or even a notice that I signed up for the subscription. I’m grateful my best friend is a lawyer because I’m not just going to take this sitting down. Seeing all these other reviews makes me wonder if we could get a class action suit going.

They send out canned responses claiming o have notified you of your agreement. Just because they say it AFTER THE FACT doesn’t mean it’s true. Such fraud.

I had purchased this short as a gift as I am not a photographer and had inadvertently checked the box for the trial and think my phone glitched when I went back a page to check something out. Paid, never received an invoice email and I couldn’t get into the site to close my account, got my shirt and a couple days later was hit with the $49 charge. After talking with customer service a couple of times, my account was closed and my payment was refunded. Thanks CC for being so nice to deal with!

I was teetering on the idea of taking a college class for photography when I came across Coles Classroom. I did the math, decided to give CC a shot and I'll never regret it. The mentor and peer support within the facebook group you'll have access to is fantastic. The membership comes with a billing & bookkeeping program for you to use with your clients. You'll also get a discount for an online gallery which you'll use to share galleries with your clientele. One of the other great features is having an opportunity to watch and learn as the pro mentors do photo sessions for their clients. Everything they offer can be done on your own time, which is fantastic. I've been with Coles Clasroom for a long time, they're always adding content and its very interactive. Truly a Great Choice.

This is a SCAM company that charge's $49 a month after a $3 purchase. I have never agreed to the $49! It is extremely difficult to get hold of anyone.

The BEST website for photographers! They offer online courses, backstage videos, tutorials on editing, business advices, templates and many many more. Their Facebook group is amazing: so many kind people around the world who are happy to help each other on their photography journey I will never leave the group!

Absolutely love it! It has been the best investment in my business. Between the Fb group, mentors, classes, it’s all beyond incredible. The amount of education and confidence I have learned has been insane.

Cole's Classroom has so much to offer. There are tutorials, courses, advice and help nearly instantly. There are many extras too! This is also the kindest group I have come across. Everyone is about helping you to achieve your best!

I couldn’t be more happy with this group! When I first signed up....I was skeptical at first, but had nothing to loose.....signing up for Coles classroom was the absolute best thing I have done in a very long time!! I been here for 2 years now....and I love it!!! Granted life took over with some big family complications going on and I am now a care giver for my mother and father in law......so I haven’t been in Coles classroom for several months due to other obligations. Therefore, my passion for photography has been put on hold, and with that said.....I am not going anywhere away from this group just because life has put me on hold.....I have learned so much from all the mentors here and they are here for you through thick and thin.....they are family!!! They are always there for you when you need to be lifted up, they are also there for you to celebrate your successes!!! I have come a long way In the past year and a half because of this group........whatever you all decide....I bet once you sign in, you will want to stay and go no where else. All the tools they offer is Extraordinary and they are constantly working hard to help all of us succeed. I have been a member of Cole's Classroom for close to three years now, first as a trial member, then a monthly member (for a few months) and then as a CC Pro annual member. Within the first few days of exploring the website and participating in the FB group I could see the absolute value in staying. The number of resources and the quality of the training is fantastic.

The group membership welcomes people from all walks of life and all levels of experience, everyone contributing to make "our space feel like an extended family". Access to the group mentors and their "Ask Me Anything" spontaneous chats plus a philosophy of everyone supporting one another to continue to learn and grow, both as a photographer and as a person too, plus sooooo much more is just more icing on the cake. Constructive Critiques are encouraged. Negativity and/or toxic behavior that is so common in other groups is not tolerated.

I have friendships that have grown out of being part of this group - some local and others with people who live on the other side of the world. I have become a better person and a better, more confident photographer as a result of the training, support and experiences I've had...and I can honestly say that I have ZERO regrets.

I can not fathom where I would be in my path to launching my full-time photography business had I not taken that initial leap and given the trial period a chance. This was and is an investment that I will continue to make for years to come.

I have been a member for 4 years. They have amazing customer service and can't be beat on value for what you recieve in the membership.

I will never regret opting in on the $1 offer. I have joined and after a year still enjoy the CC Pro group input in my photography and even just support that comes from this group of people.
I absolutely recommend Cole’s Classroom for anyone, young or old, starting up or hobby photographers, intermediate or professional, all is welcome and everyone learns from one another 👍🏻

Coles classroom has extraordinary support for photographers new and old. The courses are amazing and it has been a great benefit to my photography and business.

Coles Classroom is a great community, without judgment. There is great tips and courses to help people take better pictures or to launch your photo business. Without them, I wouldn’t have my business. I started CC in July 2018 and in October 2018 I started my business. I couldn’t do it without their help and support.

Cole's Classroom is a great place to learn about all aspects of photography. Incredibly supportive and a vast catalog of resources, articles and products to help grow your skills and/or your business.
