The fee for withdrawing BTC was way too high: ~$15.
Is there an alternative crypto that you could recommend that I can use (for transferring to an exchange that supports some more obscure cryptos that want to purchase) that incur smaller withdrawal fees?

They always hold your funds and need you to contact support a thousand times even tho you have been all verified and answered all their questions and give them all the proof that the wallet address you are sending to is MY OWN WALLET on the other exchange. Every time when they said "Your account is ready to take your desired actions" It's freaking not!!! IT JUST A WASTE OF TIME and they just want to scam your transaction fee!!!!

The time it takes to resolve matters for logins from different locations etc. Cointree needs to get more sophisticated and respond more than once per day or two.

Try to move tokens and they won't allow it, they use security as a reason, yet never did the contact me for a security concern as and other exchange dies.
Call them out in it and they force you to sell and cash out as they are closing the account

Keeping my funds ransom
Website allows you to deposit and buy crypto, however does not let you withdraw or send it, just comes up showing an error and asking you to contact customer support.
The problem is there isn't any - emails go unresponded, no one answers calls or live chat.
They are currently holding my money ransom. Avoid this company at all costs.
