I recently had a issue with coinswitch weeks ago. Their server went down due to congestion of the site. I sent 0.5 bitcoin for a stable coin. Coinswitch was helpful and returned my bitcoin after screen shots of the transaction and account ledger. Recommend using them

I made a few transactions with coinswitch. When the transactions were small, their initial offer were very similar to what I finally received, but when the sum of transaction was bigger, the difference was around 10 percents, which is totally out of market data. Nobody answered my inquiry, although they started a "ticket". Don't use them,unless you want to pay bakshish.

Coinswitch is a Scam. This Wallet Support Team is Not Solve any Queries. I have raised a ticket related to change my registered mobile number on 28th Dec 2020 but Today is 25th Jan 2021 Still Query is Not Solved & When i Update App and Open It has been logged out automatically. When i Chat With Support Team There's no replying Only Bot Sending Reply Message and Saying to Create Ticket. How many time to create ticket for solve on problem?. Guys if You Hold Your Crypto's On Coinswitch Wallet Then Definitely You Will Loss That Currency's Do not Trust This Coinswitch Wallet. Whole Team is Scam. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

Did 3 switches with Coinswitch, 2 worked ok, but trading 34 LTC for USDC through Binance did not return either LTC or USDC. Customer support has yet to respond a day later. Addresses all correct, absolutely will not use again.

On 15th Jan I was trying to add funds in my wallet but could not add as app was not working properly. So I directly went to my Google pay account and transferred 12000 to the coinswitch. But the amount did not get added to my funds. Please look in to the case and give solution at the earliest.

I tried it first with small amount of 0.01 ETH. Worked fine. Tried it for real with 1 ETH and transaction failed. ETH gone. Fortunately just a very small part of my portfolio but these are SCAMMERS. stay away

Real scammers. Watch out

Big scammers heard a lot of bad things from the community and trying to warn and help others. Dont know know they got so many high reviews, bots probably ?

Fraud app. They are group of fraudsters. Deposit of money is quick with no withdrawal. I couldn't withdraw my money till date. Also Bitcoin rates are manipulated and not as per exchange

I tried exchanging 12 ETH into BTC using CoinSwitch. I waited for awhile, and then the order failed. CoinSwitch told me to create a ticket (Ticket 255560) to contact the support team. It has been more than 5 days, and I still got no response from them. I just lost my ETH and my money.

If anybody knows another way to contact them please let me know.

I think they're getting it together now. I tried it again and it worked on a 5k transaction. Better rates than anywhere else. Just pay attention and don't screw up your transaction, read everything! If it's your fault don't complain.

There was an issue with withdrawals on one of my orders, but was fixed after 2 days. Wish there was more staff available in the support chat. I ended up losing a fair bit of money on the value of the coin going down while I was waiting.

I made a small exchange using DAI to ZEN. The rate and return looked good to me so I sent the swap. Turns out I received 30% less than I was stated I was to receive. Why would this even go though or thought to be acceptable by me. Thankfully this 30 percent amounts nothing more than the average lunch , imagine if it was more.

By the looks of the reviews maybe I should feel lucky I got anything back.

On January 2nd, 2021 I exchanged exactly 0.4495 BTC at coinswitch. The transfer was canceled at step two. I sent different tickets with the addresses / codes. No answer after 10 days. The current USD 20,000 are probably gone. I do not recommend using this site coinswitch.

Update: 24.01.2021: I received a reply with the promise that the money will be credited. Although all the data is correct, the money has not yet been returned.

Am 02.01.2021 habe ich bei coinswitch.co exakt 0.4495 BTC umgetauscht. Der Transfer wurde bei Stepp zwei abgebrochen. Ich habe verschiedene Tickets mit den Adressen/Codes gesendet. Nach über 10 Tagen noch keinerlei Antwort. Die gegenwärtig USD 20'000.- sind wohl weg. Ich empfehle, diese Seite coinswitch.co nicht zu verwenden.

They took my money, over 4 days now and still no reply from them. Sounds like I have just been scammed. DO NOT USE COINSWITCH

Sent money, didn't get anything in return. Support doesn't answer. Please refund my money so I can change my review

Edit: Followed up with both me and the partner company and got my money back. Everyone held up their end of the bargain, and I'm more than satisfied with the customer service.

To me happend the same thing. I sent the funds, never received the BTC that I was supposed to receive. Contacted the support, no response. I have never had such a bad experience with any exchange. All the trust is gone, will never use again and I wil never advise anybody to use it. So basically they stole my funds.

Coinswitch pro steal me more than $2000. Deposit was never detected and no response from the support since more one week.
I will update this review if they resolve the issue

Total Scam - they don't reply after receving the money.

I have incurred significant losses... Never seen such a bad and careless serivce
