small issues resolve with customer service over 24 hrs, helpful

Placed a market order at 4pm but got given the rate at 12pm, ie 4 hours earlier. This happened to be 10% less so it looks to me like they are not honest. Won't be using this service again, in spite of the clean interface. I feel ripped off.

The CoinSwitch Support Team is the best! They recently helped me recover several $1000 by finding and returning my derailed & failed Old CRPT Token exchange! I hadn't heard the news of "the swap" and the Old CRPT token is named the same as the New CRPT token and the exchanges and blockchains don't know the difference at the time you are attempting a trade...anyway...lesson very much learned and forever grateful to CoinSwitch Support!!!

Worked for me - transferring 0.01 bitcoin to Dogecoin - but it took around 20 min to complete.

Total scam bought rvn coins for ltc they received my ltc but never send rvn... total scam stay away.

i took a while but at the end the issue got resolved

Two times it went well. Transfers within 10 min. Now two times... money gone.
I was warned. Never use them again. Now you are warned too. Don’t know why Coinomi have them as Exchange choice. Yes, they also did warn me too ...

Avoid this scam.
It is a scam.
They promise you to sell at .4, but when you actually go through all the sh!t they throw at you, it appears that you get only 160 for your $100.

There IS hope. I quess the squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say. I would not let up on them for over a month and they FINALLY sent my bitcoin back. However I opened multiple tickets in the beginning when they would not respond and then filled complaints with the US CFTC and Indian government. Along with other threats. I can't believe I got it back thought it was gone for sure. They are definitely trying to steal peoples money but dont give up!

if you read some predictions article from coinswitch you will see they only tell you what you want to read and as you read they try to promote and sell you their coinswitch services and weird promotions in order to bait you so you spend your money there.
They also modtly aim for indian market and third world unaware citizens like every coin scam does.

Avoid it all cost.

I made an exchange with Coinswitch trough my Coinomi wallet 2 days ago from DOGE to ETH to take advantage of the favourable rate of exchange.- Some 53.000 DOGE, a decent amount of money.- "Strangely" the exchange got stuck and I'm still waiting to see a refund on my Coinomi wallet for what sent. Opened a ticket which is "processing" since then.- Very poorly service. I'm surprised that Coinomi, (which I find an excellent service), partners with such poorly managed exchanges.- I'm beginning to fear they are not averse to scams........

My order is stacked on waiting DOGE deposit but already CONFIRMED and spent in blockchain! Its two days now and doge already going down. Doge to XRP is my order. I don’t know if its doge issue or what!

My exchange for eth to doge is stuck at "exchanging" stage for more than 24 hours. never gonna use it again...

I ordered crypto three times on CoinSwitch.

The first time I converted BTC into DOGE. It went really good five out of five.

But today I splitted my DOGE and gave up two orders. They really took forever to receive. I don't know if this has something to do with the DOGE hype recently but if not, please fix it. The website is great, but i don't to wait an half eternity.

My order of getting btc swapped for doge is stuck at "sending" stage for more than 10 hours and customer support is non existent. How will my issue get solved, who do I talk to? Feeling so helpless, please help.

SCAM, they took the money and don't respond to tickets

Firstly I thought this site is a scam, because I have waited more than an hour to receive my Cryptos but I finally get them.

UPDATE:
I have purcashed coins and I had to wait 16 hours to get a WRONG amount of coins. I should be in $600+ profit now, but I am in -$135 now. They kicked me from Telegram and admins didn't answer to me. Also nobody answers to my support ticket. SCAM!

UPDATE #2:
The support answered me and said that if I send back the wrong amount of DOGE to their deposit address then they will refund my ETH. They answered my messages from 4th of February to today every next day but when I deposited the DOGE to receive ETH refund, they didn't answer me anymore. Biggest scam I have ever seen... I lost MORE $300. :)

UPDATE #3:
After 2 weeks I have finally solved the problem with the support. I didn't make any profit but at least I am in 0 now. Afterall I didn't recommend them.
