Doesn’t seem to follow their own terms and conditions when it comes to refer-a-friend promotions. Support starts off with an AI chatbot, and even when you get a real agent, the responses feel canned and unhelpful. Hard to trust a site when the promo terms are not honored clearly.

This casino is the bottom of the dumpster type of trash! Their little motto is "They said it wouldnt work" and they were right except for the fact that they cheat you from the progress youve made with whatever slot youre playing and by adjusting the RTP to their favor! So first they cheat you when you run out or low on coins, and this is exactly how it went for me, during the game and pretty much at all times there is a button that says claim, and if clicked on, it adds what they call 50% of you bet for each spin win or lose (but ill talk about their horrible math later, cuz who runs a casino and cant handle basic math....oh yeah....scam artists). So...anyways...when I clicked this button, which again was available from within my game to press "claim", it boots me out of my game, and to add the coins and automatically takes me back into the game, but everything has been reset cuz the reels are no longer where they were when I left. Now if you go to an online casino, one that doesnt cheat you, and you physically leave your slot to purchase more credits (oh yes...it did the same EXACT thing when I purchased more too) and you go back into that slot you last played (even after playing a different slot after your purchase) the reels will be in the same position as when you left! So now the other way they got me was i hit for something like $70+ on one slot...and right after that I felt just like a person with no arms at the batting cages...no matter how hard I tried and how positive my thoughts were, I couldnt hit 💩!! I even tried stopping the reels when a bonus came up on the first and second reels, and i watched as the third and fourth reels stopped almost instantly while the fifth reel spun slowly as the 3rd bonus dropped from the third position thru the fourth and off the screen!! So even if they respond to this review stating "we have no control over the RTP or the outcome of the slots, I still call 🐂💩 cuz i know what i saw and how are they gonna explain that..."the uhh...RNG couldnt make up its mind what random number it was generating"...come on! Ok...last thing...this 50% coins back for every spin, and i always forget that you cant add a pic with these reviews, but in this screenshot you would see that it says "50% back for every spin" and that i have .02 available and that i have already collected $7.63. Let me remind you that I had already said I hit for $70+, and my friend says it was for $79 but we'll just call it $70 so the math is simple for the non math people, then i got my $2 sign up bonus but again keeping it simple so we'll leave that out too, then the first package i bought came with $30, and the second package was $5...again...simple...so let's scratch the $5 off too...which leaves us with the $70 plus the $30! Now class...whats that add up too? What...who said $40...doesnt matter...everyone else is right...$100!!! So no matter how you bet your $100...a dollar at a time, ten dollars at a time, or even a quarter, dime, nickel, penny, or peso...you still end up betting $100....and 50% means half....so half of $100 isssss???? Riiight....$50! So if they claim that you get 50% back for 'EVERY' spin, no matter if you win ORRRR lose, and $50 is half of $100....then why did I only have a chance to get back $7.65 on my $116+ (and i added the '+' symbol cuz at first before the $79 i hit a dime here and $3 there quite a bit as well). If their answer is that i only can receive 50% of my purchase amount back, then why....no wait...how did they know i was gonna lose everything back to them after the $109+(the initial $30 package and what my friend recalls as my $79 win)? Cuz i didnt reach that correct amount till I had completely lost everything back to them, and again...they state 'no matter if you WIN or LOSE' and there is no possible way they could have known what the final outcome was gonna be....oh wait....unless their whole site and all their ads as well as all their positive reviews on trustpilot are part of a giant ruse....which is also referred to as a scam....which happens to be 50% of the word SCAMMERS (I figured i should point that out to the select few who are employed by Scamsback since nobody their knows what half means!

CoinsBack Casino had no problem accepting my play, but when it came time to redeem a modest $100 win, suddenly there were verification issues. After providing all requested documents and requesting a manual review, I was informed that my account was permanently closed for an unspecified “breach” of their terms.

No details. No evidence. No explanation.

Here’s what the email said:
“After a thorough review of your account, we regret to inform you that we have made the decision to permanently close your account, due to a breach of the terms and conditions that you agreed to upon registration.”

I’ve successfully completed identity verification with multiple other social casinos using the same documents, so the issue certainly wasn’t a lack of cooperation on my part.

The timing of the closure immediately following my redemption request raises serious concerns about how this platform handles winning players. Customers deserve transparency, fairness, and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience with CoinsBack provided none of those.
Based on my experience I cannot and will not recommend coinsback to anyone!
