Bought the $9.99 for 30 SC pack, turned it into $450. Tried to verify my identity but get an error code (check your internet connection) multiple times when trying to upload my bank statement. Tried switching devices, switching to data, switching browsers, clearing cache, logging out then back in. Nothing worked. Contacted support and 7 hours later they responded. they gave me a link to upload the statement... the link took me back to the same page where I was getting the error code. Contacted support again, they have not responded for 2 days. Im pretty sure this site is just a scam. Do not play on here. They pay people on Facebook to lie about how good their site is which you can tell by the generic "great reviews " the people are leaving. This is by far the worst site I have ever played on and I have played on many.

CoinsBack really grew on me! At first I wasn’t impressed by the fact they had no daily login rewards & no discounted deals after the initial buy. Well Coinsback Casino started out strong was feeling really comfortable with the casino. They do have a wide variety of games for every player and the site is really easy to use. So this portion I would give 5 stars. Where it starts to go down hill is Support I tried reaching support and didn't hear a thing back from them for a week and even then my issue still was not handled. It goes on from there. Their referral program sounds great and all until you actually refer somebody and they deposit. It still shows that I haven't refered anybody and I'm out the referral bonus. Thier facebook promotions forget it. I didn't receive the reward for doing what they asked. So here I give 0 stars as I can't even receive any bonus. Coinsback Casino in my eyes is more worried about getting followers and positive reviews that they lose focus on everything else which eventually and unfortunately has led to this negative review. My advice would be to pay the bonuses and reward the rewards, don't lose focus on what actually got you the positive reviews or it can and will lead to reviews like this one. Sorry Coinsback you dropped the ball here.

Conceptually, the site is amazing. However, when it comes time to redeem, you get to a point where it says that it is sending you an email code. The code never comes. I tired to redeem for two days (I made about $500 in purchases) and each time it said the code would be sent. Then you email customer support and an AI agent emails you, not understanding the question and flat out stating the system does not request a code for redeeming. I sen screenshots back indicating it did. Finally, a customer support agent chatted me back (after a day) saying my email is showing that it won’t receive emails from coinsbsck. That’s interesting because I get marketing emails AND had about a seven email message with the AI agent. At this point it feels like this site won’t actually let you redeem. Again, I’m not someone who is complaining making a $10 purchase. I leveled up to their next vip level which requires a lot of play through.
