I have been using CoinRabbit for 18 months and have been very happy with their service and security. All of my loans have been at 80% LTV but I have kept a small reserve to top up collateral on the odd occasion the market has liquidated longs. The only reason they haven’t got 5* is because to be totally fair with their clients they should have an easy system to extract over generous collateral as Bitcoin rises over time. They have assured me it is the pipeline. So when it appears they will get their 5*!

I no longer have access to my crypto or the money I took out on my loan. I left the money in my coin rabbit account to transfer to my exchange later that day. To my dismay I could no longer access my account. My access code would not work for my 2FA identification and further to this the log in would not accept my back up email either.
It’s now been over 72 hours and I keep getting told that they will escalate to the “tech team” and I will hear back in 24hrs. My last update was to check back in 10hrs. It’s been 11hrs!
I’m starting to think my XRP has been stolen from me…………🤬😤
I will uodate on the outcome. Really inconvenient with little to no hustle from the “team”.

I received a response that had me hopeful this issue will be rectified shortly.
Please see response below. I don’t agree with all perspectives in this response, nevertheless, gaining my XRP and funds back to my possession is all that matters.

Once again I bring my sincere apologies for the delayed resolution. Yet at the same time, I'd like to highlight, that security matters a lot for our company, hence these checks, even though they may take some time, are an integral part of the process while removing 2FA. Still, in this situation, I agree that it took the way longer than expected and this is not what our team aimed at for sure.

However, we need to admit the fact, that the crypto you sent to us as requested, does not match the information we have in our system. For some reason, we cannot verify the address you are sending from as it differs from the one we have logged initially. This fact also adds up to the overall timing.

Nevertheless, from my side, I really want to help you and have this situation sorted a.s.a.p. I have talked to my manager and we agreed, that you just need to provide us with the pic from your Coinbase account, showing the transactions related to Coinrabbit.

Once received and if matches, I'll ensure to remove 2fa for you immediately.

Update August 6,2025: Overall, due to misleading timelines, exchange times with crypto (often confirmed by Coinbase yet left pending for days at coin rabbit to only have the funds disappear in the ether), and mainly I felt the “Team” were taking the piss on addressing my concerns. I certainly didn’t appreciate that XRP was dropping dangerously close to my LTV margin, I asked repeatedly i”since I cannot access my account will the LTV margin be applied?” They avoided the question the first two times I asked this and then the third time they said they would escalate to the “team”.
I received good/basic customer service from only one team member with all other customer service “team” members being borderline condescending with no concern of my financial services whatsoever so ever.
•••••albeit a process, I have paid my loan in full and regained my XRP. I DO NOT recommend Coin Rabbit as a wallet or for loans using crypto collateral. Additionally, read there terms and conditions because basically they can do what they like and you will have no rights, especially for Canada & USA.

I’ve had a good experience with Cropty so far with an easy to use app and prompt pleasant and informative customer service response.

Can't really think of anything that I DON'T like about the platform. Good variety of available tokens, LTV ratio is adjustable, auto-increase is a GREAT feature (I don't have to constantly be checking prices in a market that, by its nature, is so volatile) ... but the main thing I appreciate about CoinRabbit is that it's just so damn easy to use.

Great product. Have used the platform to take out a number of loans -- always careful to pay off one with the next so I don't get over-leveraged -- and I honestly can't think of a single thing that I would change.

Where do I start, this company is truly a diamond in the rough. I was so nervous at first. It seems everywhere you turn in crypto someone is trying to take from you. Not these guys. The app is easy to use, security is tight and the customer service is impeccable. I have been using them for about two years. I made a mistake that should have cost me dearly but thanks to the incredible customer support who worked with me for several days to resolve my situation. They did not have to help me. Can't withdraw at all with no info on why or how to fix . Withdraw process goes for a day or 2. Then fails with no explanation

After paying off a loan, I tried to transfer off my collateral worth nearly $5,000 USD.
For over 6 hours, the transfer showed as "Processing" with no evidence from the receiving wallet of it being in process of transfer.
The customer service representative claimed "your funds are safe and will be transferred to you within 2 days." By the 7th hour, the transfer completed.
